I never wrote a review before, but the extreme unprofessionalism I received prompted me to write this. I went to the clinic for a treatment and when I handed in my insurance card I asked if my treatment would be covered by my insurance, and they responded yes. I told the nurse I probably had XYZ condition, but she gave me more tests than I needed - again, this was all under the assumption that everything was covered. Then the doctor came and looked at my condition and said that it was obviously XYZ condition and gave me a prescription. Before leaving the clinic, I asked the front desk again if i owed anything, and they said no. Fast forward 2 months I receive a large bill for the treatment/time i received. I called the office and they "investigated" the situation, saying they would call me back that day. I did not receive a call until the next week. Then, despite being told at the office that the treatments were covered, the person on the phone said that they werent covered and that this situation would never happen. Then she abruptly hung up very rudely. I am appalled because I was deceived and lied to and then treated so horribly afterwards that it makes me want to actively tell others not to come here. In Short: Was told my treatment was covered. Received a bill instead 2 months later and was treated terribly rudely when asking about this bill.

It really deserves no stars. I got here at 12pm on a Saturday. I waited until 2:30pm to see what was going on and they crossed out my name off the list and took all of the patients on the waiting room before me. I went up to the window to ask what was going on and the nurse named Andrea literally screamed at me and was rude about my concern for being seen in a timely manner. I asked if I needed to put my name on the list and she was like not if it has been crossed off. I was told the wait would be an hour and it has already been two and a half hours and I still havent been called me back to see the doctor. I have watched several people that got here after me be seen in front of me with no appointments as well. This place is absolutely horrible. I will never ever be back here again. I dont recommend to anyone ever for any reason. Oh and then I found out they dont take my health insurance after they told me they do take it over the phone. I am extremely sick and I cannot wait to be seen by a doctor another day. It was the worst clinic. I would NOT recommend!!!!!

My worst experience ever, I went there for pains and cramps in my stomach, the lady did not even touch me and ask me where am I hurting, she just wrote a prescription and told me to take these pills. So I went to fill the prescription and started to take the pills it only made matters worst for my $110 dollers the pills were not helping me. at this point I wish I could get my money back, so I decided to see a nother doctor since they decided not to attend to my imediate needs, friends and readers I tell you this the doctor who I saw charged me $75 dollers for the oppointment, he examined me properly by physical demonstrations asked me frequently, if when i touch this area dose it hurts, when I apply pressure here dose it hurt and so on, this happen during my examination and to my surprise he asked me to do a urine and blood test to take to the lab PEOPLE all of this was for the SAME PRICE I was a happy customer/patient at that doctors office this is what I call value for money, if you need the name given me a link bless up.

Kind, caring and friendly staff. Sure, I had to wait my turn, but I have yet to find a doctor who doesnt have a wait. Dr. Deep was wonderful, so attentive and have followed up on the issue with the best patient care! I hate that people usually only come to comment on negative experiences, because I am sure there are plenty more like mine out there!

Dr. Hong Wang. The greatest dr. In Gwinnett County. I have never had a Doctor who would listen to their patients like he does. He gets the whole story before he makes a judgement call. He LISTENS, he also told me, "My job is not to treat you, my job is to heal you so you dont need to see me so much." Thats integrity....

Unhelpful, unprofessional and to think I chose to go back to see Dr. Nguena after moving back into the area two years ago. Thankfully my insurance changed. I will never return to any Gwinnett Clinic locations.

AVOID at all cost! I went for Bells Palsy and he sent me to the ER! He could have referred me to the infection disease place and thats all! EVERYONE here is a joke!
