Absoultly AWFUL!!!! When I got to the office the front desk girl was rude and very short with me. There were no cars in the parking lot and the Medical Assistants were just standing at the front desk talking. I had a 2:30 appt and didnt see the doctor till 3:45. There were NO OTHER PATIENTS There!!!!!!!! Once the Doctor came into the room she went straight to the computer and started typing. She never looked at me, never made contact with me. Nothing. While I was giving my her my medical history she WAS TEXTING!!!!!!!! There is no excuse for that. Then a few seconds later her phone rang and she answered it WHILE I WAS TALKING!!!! Then she said "ok we are done and walked out" I WAS STILL TALKING AND ASKING Questions!!!! This place is sooooo money hungry. Its CO-PAY CO-PAY CO-PAY! They did blood work. Then called me to come in and get more blood cause they screwed up the test. (Another Co Pay) then they called and said to come in and have a "lab discussion" with the doctor (ANOTHER COPAY) I went back in to find out my blood work was freaking NORMAL!!!!!! They said they couldnt give results over the phone. They are total crap at this office!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!

DR. CECILIA WAS VERY NICE THE DAY OF MY APPOIMENT. HOWEVER THE NEVER CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THE LAB TEST RESULTS.I CALLLED A MONTH LATER JUST TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS OK, LATOYA WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE MY LAB TEST RESULTS.SHE SAID SHE WILL CALLED ME BACK, SHE NEVER DID. TWO WEEKS LATER I CALLED AGAIN TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPEND WITH THE RESULTS, AGAIN SAME STORY BUT THIS TIME I MADE HER CALL ME BACK (THIS WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON) SO SHE CALL ME BACK AND SAID THAT SHE FOUND MY RESULTS. SHE SAID THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK AND SEE DR. CECILIA BECAUSE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY HEALTH. THAT REALLY UPSET ME BECAUSE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WHY ALMOST TWO MONTHS HAD PASS WITHOUT ANYONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW. WHY I HAD TO CALL THEM TWO TIMES TO FIND OUT THE I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE DOCTOR? IS MY HEALTH IS NOT A GAME. I DEFENETLY DONT RECOMEND THIS DOCTOR, HER STAFF IS THE WORST, THEY WILL LET YOU DIE FOR SURE IF YOU DONT FOLLOW UP ON YOUR OWN.

I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for a physical and it wouldve been my first time seeing this doctor. I wasnt too impressed with the females answering phone due to fact I kept getting passed back and forth on the phone and then I got disconected before I could even set up the appointment. I ignored my good intuition and called back to make the appointment. The day before my appt. a female calls my emergency contact to confirm the appointment. Huh? After this happened I just called and cancelled altogether. I cant say anything bad about the doctor because Ive never seen her. I only decided to go with her because she is of Nigerian descent. She may possibly be a good dr. but it doesnt seem like she has competent people working in her front office.

I tried to give an AA doctor a chance but this office is just horrible. They do not care ANYTHING about their patients. As the previous review said you have an appt at 2:00 and the only patient there and she will not see you until 3:00 or after. Then try to request your medical records last minute and the front office gives you attitude. The front office staff with a combination of her is just a big disaster.I cannot begin how disgusted I am with this office. How can people be so rude about the healthcare of others. They would not even be a patient of their office why do that to others. They deserve on every level that can be graded.

Excellent Medical Doctor. I would likely recommend this practice to friends, family, colleagues, and others in need of medical care. I was seen very quickly by the doctor. Dr. Babalola gives each of her patients a great deal of attention. The doctor provides high quality care to her clients.

I have received excellent care at Dr. Babalolas office for over a year. Dr. Babalola really cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable in her field.The staff is very friendly. The head nurse goes above and beyond to help. Go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best primary care doctor I have ever seen. I have never had a more thorough physical. She took the time to explain what she was testing for and why it was important. She is patient and kind and makes you feel as if your health is her primary concern.
