This office literally does not know the meaning of customer service. I have no issues with any other service provider in the medical or service industry but this business cant get basic customer service correct. When you do bring up an issue they blame the customer every time. I would advise not ever going to the Wattles Park Family Practice. Also, you will wait and wait and wait and wait in there disgusting waiting room for a VERY VERY long time. I would also like to say that I spoke to Gwynn who is Dr. Henrys wife. I was told specifically by Gwynn that if I did not like the way her staff acts to go to another doctors office. So that is exactly what I did. Thanks for the advice Gwynn!! My new doctor is amazing!!

The staff here is absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Emily the scheduler is down right combative. If you call in to your Dr.s office with an emergency you should not be told it will be a week before you can be seen. This was the case when talking to Emily at Wattles Park Family practice. This is unfortunate because Dr. Henry is a great doctor but I have literally never been able to call this office and have a positive customer experience with the staff. SO NOW I AM BEING TOLD BY MY DOCOTORS OFFICE STAFF THAT I SHOULD GO TO THE ER WITH A NON LIFE THREATING EMERGENCY. THIS GOES DIRECTLY AGAINST THERE POLICY!!!!!

Ive been a patient here since I was in high school. They have always been very friendly and helpful. The doctor remembers all sorts of stuff we have talked about in the past and is a great listener. Ive never had a bad experience with this office.

I love Dr. Henry and his staff. He really cares about his patients and takes as much time as needed with each one. And he has early morning hours and some evening hours which is a big plus for people who work.

The wait is horrendous I waited 1 1/2 to be seen and when I was in the back she forgot I was in the room so they moved me to room where she would remeber I was there which I waited another 30 mins

Wont prescribe ANYTHING for first 30 days as patient. Wont prescibe controlled substances for pain... ships you off to pain clinic. Not even muscle relaxers after a car accident. TOTAL JOKE!!!
