I absolutely LOVE Dr. Wechman! However his office staff are absolutely rude! They are not compassionate or nice towards patients at all. Also good luck getting someone to answer the phone or return your call. I had left messages regarding a medication I was needing along with a referral that I needed and it had been me calling for 2 weeks. Finally I had to make an appointment through the patient portal for today to get anything accomplished. I had expressed to Dr. Wechman that his office staff needs some adjustments. He apologized. However I am sure nothing will be done. LOVE Dr. However seriously considering changing doctors because of the rude, could care less about their patients office staff.

Called today to schedule a new patient appointment. Phone was answered quickly, the person who helped me was courteous and friendly, and got an appointment quickly. Was also advised to call in the mornings until the appoint day for a possible cancellation. Perhaps the issues raised in previous reviews have been resolved, or at least partially. As someone who use to work front offices for doctors, I understand that many ARE rude and snooty. When I worked with some like that, I called them out on it, right away. Can not and will not tolerate that. They are not gatekeepers, they are there to help patients. Hoping further interaction with this office is as positive as it was today.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I have called multiple days at different times of the day and no luck. I left a message that was never returned. When I did speak with someone they said they would take care of my issue and call me back. Never took care of my issue and never called me back. If you are looking for a Family Physician in Georgetown I would stay away from this place. I will be making an appointment somewhere else and having my medical records transferred.

This place used to be the best as family care. Dr Reinhardt Rocks! But sadly, th last few years the front staff lacks of professionalism, and Berkeley know what they are doing. It took them a whole day why they couldnt issue some allergy meds. It was a simple reason, I have not seen the dr in a year! That easy an simple but couldnt tell me earlier. Better move on and hunt for a new Dr.

Hopefully you dont ever want to actually go see your doctor if you choose this office as your family care office. Ive been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of this office at all different times of the day and I have not once gotten someone to pick up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Reinhart is great, but the office staff at Georgetown Family Physicians are unbelievably rude. Unfortunately, you have to work with them to get to see the doctor. It just isnt worth it. I will never return to this place.

Everyone one is great!!! Staff is very nice, wait time no longer than 10 minutes. I love Dr. Amanda Lane, shes the best!! I highly recommend this Dr.s office.

The doctors are great, its the staff that answer the phone that are horrible. Not nice , not professional just really really negative people.
