My experience wasnt good at all. It only took 1 visit to Dr. Simpson to know that he was not looking to help his patient, instead he just tosss me to whomever, instead of listening and looking at my papers and my prior MRI, it would have told him , yes this man is in horrible pain, see I knew he didnt write for narcotic, but there was absolutely no excuse not to write for Ultram. He played God with my pain and just up and decided that I didnt need them. I wish for once doctors like Simpson could come down with what I have and I bet my life he would change his arrogant tone..I have been dealing with this back pain for 7 years now, but he thinks he knows more than I do, my answer to that is, NO he doesnt...do not go to him, he is just absolutely horrible.

I looooove my doctor and his nurse, Ive been his patient for 10+ years. I have liked all the docs that I have seen when mine was unavailable also. The reason I do not give five star is because SOME OF the front desk staff are rude! They are rude when you call. Rude if you need a nurse to speak to. I have watched them be less than polite to other patients at check in also. At one visit, I saw one of them actually roll her eyes in disgust of a patient checking in!!! I have debated this review for some time but today as I called and once again, the receptionist was rude when I didnt want to disclose my medical info to her because she isnt a nurse! I decided its time for this review.

Office staff and doctor could not have been nicer. Doctor listened to all medical issues and seems proactive for care. In one visit a plan of care has been developed; previous clinic did nothing but prescribe meds as band aid. Wish I would have found this clinic sooner!
