I have been a patient of Dr. Piros for several years. He is a great doctor, asks questions and ready to provide explanation(s). His staff is polite and professional, and I enjoy the flexibility of his 2 office locations. Regarding product, I have been using the Alta cleansing lotion for about 10 years, then added the Alta moisturizer and shampoo a few years ago. The brand is terrific and not overpriced. I strongly recommend Dr. Piro, then pick up an Alta product to try.
