Dr Caudill used to be great. My husband and I have been seeing her for many years. She was kind, took the time to address your concerns, and make you feel comfortable. Last visit, first after lunch, I waited 30 minutes in waiting room, another 30 minutes unclothed with a paper sheet for less then a 5 minute full body skin check.....Of which her 20 something MA did the other half of my body. Cant wait for the 100+ bill, for what I felt was unacceptable care! I left feeling I need another complete serious skin check. I also asked that she take care of an area of concern, which I was told not this visit...for what would of been a 5 minute procedure, I was expected to come back, incur another wait and bill? My husband also felt the same at his last appointment, long waits, and rushed in and out service. It was suppose to be a complete skin check, and she only addressed an area of his concern. Im a nurse, guess my standards are too high!

When I retired, my wife and I moved to Michigan to be near her beloved hometown, Clarkston. Because I had a history of skin cancer, my primary care physician recommended Dr. Caudill. My prior dermatologist was outstanding so I had very high expectations for quality of care. As a dermatologist and a caring medical professional, Dr. Caudill easily met my expectations. Dr. Caudill is friendly and professional, and takes time to explain diagnoses, procedures and prognoses. In 2015 she removed a tiny mole that she “didn’t like the looks of”. As it turned out that mole was an early malignant melanoma. Within two hours of her call, informing of the diagnosis, Dr. Caudill had made arrangements for me to be seen by specialists who subsequently performed surgery. In my experience and opinion, Dr. Jennifer Caudill is an outstanding dermatologist who provides excellent care and caring for her patients.

Once upon a time I went to Dr. Susan Klemmer who used to own this practice. Then as a teenager I began seeing Dr. Martin Abbrecht in Birmingham who my parents went to for their dermatology needs. Little did I know that Dr. Caudill would start her practice at Dr. Abbrechts office a few years ago. When Dr. Abbrecht retired I started seeing Dr. Caudill and it quickly became apparent to me that she had many of the same characteristics as Dr. A, i.e. kind, personable, and well respected and educated. As a Clarkston native I was extremely pleased when Dr. Caudill decided to open her practice in Clarkston. Ive been seeing her since and Im pleased that I can always count on her for professional medical advice.

Dr. Caudill is experienced and highly qualified. She is caring and compassionate and tries to understand what her patients are feeling. She is also thorough and respectful and tells her patients what they need to know in plain English. She properly diagnosed and effectively treated the issues for which I sought her expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Caudil to anyone who has the need for a competent dermatologist who takes a genuine interest in her patients.

I waited 55 minutes in waiting room. Another 10 in room. She read my form I filled out and saw I had stomach problems in my history, walked in the room, told me my hair was falling out due to my diet, walked out. For the 4 maybe 5 minutes, I got a $200.00 bill. Turns out 2 years later, I have lupus. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! She could care less about you. Shes interested in your wallet. Horrible doctor. Can anyone practice medicine?

She quickly determined the nature of my ailment and began treatment immediately, what a relief! Her office staff was very courteous and I am back to 100%. I found her to be rude, indifferent and insensitive. She dismissed my questions and concerns without answering them. I was very surprised by her attitude and her demeanor toward me. I am going to another dermatologist for a second opinion. I also now find out that her diagnosis and recommendations were totally wrong based on opinions from two other highly qualified dermatologists.

I have taken my ten year old son to see Dr. Caudill, and I highly recommend her. She is professional, yet friendly. Her easy going manner with my son made him feel comfortable and calm; so much so that he willingly underwent a necessary, uncomfortable procedure easily.
