After I posted the comments below, I got a call from Dermatology Specialists and they apologized for my issues, talked about the measures they have taken to made sure thy dont happen again and set me up with an appointment. Thank-you for taking the time to call and showing that you care about your patients. It makes a big difference. _______________________________________________________________ This was my second time at Dermatology Specialists and it was awful. After arriving 5 minutes early for my appointment I waited for 50 minutes just to be taken to an exam room. I was escorted to the back by a Medical Assistant who asked me again about my medical history (the same questions I had already answered during my first visit) and when I said "I already answered these last time", she told me there were on another "screen" and she didnt want to go back. Then when I asked about the "wait time" and whether this was "normal" she told me the front office told her I didnt show up for my appointment. At that point I decided the lack of customer service, patient concern and miscommunication was a sign this wasnt the Practice for me. So sad because I have had Dr. Lafond as a Doctor for 15 years before she joined this practice.

I got lost today. I was late maybe 15 minutes. I spent 45 min in total driving around trying to find this place. The incompetent young front desk girl didnt bother to even to help me. She quickly told me that I couldnt be seen and that I need to reschedule. I cant recommend this place to anyone. They obviously dont care about new patients. Being a medical assistant I know how offices operate. She could have easily went and asked the physician to fit me in. I wouldnt have minded waiting another hour because they cant possibly give another persons appointment. But she was eager to take the easy way out and get me out the door so she doesnt have to do her job. I wont be rescheduling!

I went here about three years ago, had a sample taken of my toenail because she thought I had a fungus. Come to find out its psoriasis and I found out through a WebMD ad on Facebook. So... what was I paying this place for? Instead of just treating me for my common issues, she made a huge deal about something else I had that she thought some other doctors might like to study and nothing else at that point mattered. I would highly suggest using a different doctor, she only cares about making herself and her colleagues more money... not about her patients.

Have been to many dermo places and theyve all sucked. But I went here and I see Dr. Henderson and she has always been so kind and caring towards my issues. Also most of these reviews are people not being able to find the location or someones pharmacy not contacting this place to do a preauth. This place is good dont let these small minded people make you think otherwise. And I didnt have insurance and I still choose this place.

Me and my son had a great experience here. We were in and out within an hour. We didnt wait long to see the doctor or in the waiting room. Other places have over prescribed and I felt like I was being pitched more from a sales perspective than what we really needed. Their prices are so reasonable compared to the competition if its not covered by insurance.

WORST DERMATOLOGIST!! If I could give no stars I would. There is absolutely NO follow through. Horrible horrible experiences every single time. The doctors are full of lies and feed you anything to make you happy, the back office people constantly hang up or put you to voicemail and no one ever calls you back.

I have been going here several months and found the place to be very nice and enjoyable, everyone was really concern and helpful with questions that was asked. I would recommend this place to all my friends. As for the other guy that had a problem maybe you should try again, they are really good people.

I have a subscription for my psoriasis.I have two tubes one is a cream the other is an ointment.When I tried to do refills they would only do one.So I called the pharmacy they wont call the doctor for a refill ?

I usually wait to be seen for about 20-45 minutes then once I see the doctor the appointment last about 5-10 minutes.
