What horrible customer service! Showed up for an appointment and they said 2 minutes before the appointment that hey didnt take our insurance (yes they do). Had they taken 5 minutes to verify the insurance on the BCBS website they would have see that it was correct. Instead, they refused to listen, refused to do their jobs and wasted our morning. Danielle on the phone was particularly nasty and offered no understanding or customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a different dermatologist.

Terrible experience here. Waited nearly an hour to be seen and the doctor didnt even look at my problem area up close, let alone touch or examine it, nor did he ask me a single question about what was going on. I was given a quick diagnosis and a prescription, which did nothing to help my issue. Turns out the diagnosis was wrong. I have been seeing a new dermatologist to get my problem under control. Dont waste your time.

I have spoken to at least three different receptionists on the phone and they have each been more rude than the last. They interrupt me, transfer my call without telling me who Ill be speaking to, and abruptly end conversations. I also feel rushed through appointments. They do have one great physicians assistant at the Novi location.

Not very good bedside manner and felt they were rushed during my appointment. They do get you in quickly for appointment.
