I am only choosing one star because you can not choose 0 stars! I have been seeing Dr. Bossi for a few years now and up until recently it was going o.k. I needed help with my medications because I was having a bad reaction to them, he told me to start taking double the dose! Oh hell no! It made me twice as bad as I was originally. I tried and tried to get him to just change my medication to something else, anything else. He would not! His staff called me and told me that I need to call another Dr. to evaluate my mental problems! Seriously???!!! I could not believe my ears! She is lucky I did not have a car at the time cause she would have really saw my " mental" problems first hand! These people do not have any concern as to their patients well being at all. I will be seeing a new Doctor after this ridicule! Very unprofessional! Do Not recommend at all, stay away from here, very far away!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Bossi to anyone who is looking for a kind and caring, well-educated and highly professional, Family Physician office. Dr. Bossi has been our family’s Primary Care Physician for many years and hopefully to continue for many more. Throughout the years Dr. Bossi and his staff has seen our family for yearly checkups, common ailments, and even life changing diagnosis. Dr. Bossi is patient at listening about our sicknesses and takes great care to answer our questions and concerns. We have never left his office feeling neglected or disappointed in his medical course of action. His staff is very friendly and courteous. Also, the staff is very prompt when ordering recommended tests or medications, scheduling appointments with Dr. Bossi or specialist, and returning our phone messages. This office is a highly capable and complete Doctor’s office.

My family and I have been seeing Doctor Bossi for about 5 years now. At first it was great. Now it is getting to be horrible. The staff members are rude and dont treat you very well. They are forgetting that the patient is their customer. Without their patients they dont have a job. Dr. Bossi I believe stopped listening to us as his patients and when we are trying to get medications etc just right he gives up and passes you on to another doctor. I am firing Dr. Bossi and his staff as my Doctor. I even called his office and requested a phone call from Dr. Bossi because I believe in being upfront with people and giving them a chance to improve but his staff told me that the Doctor doesnt make calls to his patients and i would have to schedule an appointment to see him. Dont recommend going to this doctor.

I love Dr. Bossi ......He is by far the best Doctor I have seen , I have also been going to him now for about 5 years.. He does everything and anything to get me better and seems to really care about my feelings as a patient .. I highly recommend anybody to go see him.... I love all the staff members there especially Rachel & Kim ... They both are by far the sweetest girls and they Always go above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of and they are always so pleasant to speak to in person and on the phone :)

Never in my life have I been sent a certified letter in the mail saying he was "unable to treat me" anymore. This guy literally gave up on my as my Primary Care physician without even talking to me in person and explaining why. Horrible. Not only is he a bad doctor, but the staff there needs to take a course in basic human communication.
