DANGER have been going for over two years now and the girls up front misinform and tell wrong information all the time . Was informed i should try this new test and when i asked what my insurance would cover they said TWO times before the test date and reconfirmed on the test day it was only $30.00 copay. I paid and had the test. later i started receiving a bill for over $125.00, when i called i was told the girls on the desk have been tell customers wrong info and SHOULD NOT HAVE TOLD ME WHAT THEY DID. They would tell them to stop saying this to customers right away. BUT they said the bill was my problem and they would not take responsibility for their screw up so OH WELL not even a sorry. Doc will not call me back either so I AM DONE. BE CAREFUL

Doctor and staff are great. Service was great. Exam and consultation was comprehensive. Prices were not too high. My only suggestion is to offer more variety of frames. Even if they offered a catalog to purchase frames from, it would be helpful. Most people know the dimensions that work for them and can purchase online. For those who want to try on frames, there is software technology to virtually "try on" frames with your photo. This would offer more variety to patients, yet not take up more real estate within the office.

The staff at this place is the worst I have experienced in a professional office. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, I was told that you should not expect to be seen on time things come during the day. It is an hour past my appointment time, I said, just sit down and we will get to you when the doctor is ready. Okay i said and went out and sat in my car and drove home. I will never recommend or step in this office again!!

Had an Saturday morning appointment as a new patient. I didnt have to wait. The staff was great and the doctor was awesome. Found frames that I liked, they had to order them for the color I wanted. And the best part was the frames were ready on Tuesday! Didnt have to wait long. Very pleased with everything! Fenton Vision center is now my new home for my eyes! Thank you so much!

Docs were great as always but staff is horrible. Been waiting for a month for new glasses. I ended up calling them today and was told they came in but were wrong strength. Then was told I was "on the list" to be called. No call when they came in to at least let me know what happened. Nothing. Problems with the staff in the past. Not any more. Time for a new office.

Horrible! Took over 2 months to get my glasses. kept getting put off. I could go on and on and ON but long story short, just dont go there. Save yourself the trouble! I hate giving a bad review, this is actually the first Ive ever actually took the time to right a review but this place is just amazingly horrible!!!

Im new to the area and was looking for an Eye Doctor. They looked like to good group; however, when I tried to book an appointment the receptionist was rude on the phone... Im sure I can find a better doctors office elsewhere. Dont waste your time calling - disappointing experience.
