I scheduled a visit to have my teeth cleaned and was tremendously disappointed. During my first visit I waited for an hour without being seen and had to reschedule. On my second visit I waited thirty minutes in the waiting room, then was brought in and sat in a dental chair to wait for twenty more minutes without any communication on what was happening. They then did xrays and came back five minutes later and said they had to redo them. After it was all said and done, two hours later, they handed me a paper with further dental work that was necessary. We did not discuss how many visits I needed to scheduIe nor any sort of plan on how to proceed. So I went to the front to schedule the extra work that was needed and the receptionist couldnt answer my questions on how long it might take nor how many visits were necessary to complete the work. I wasnt asking for an exact time but at least a ballpark estimate for what to expect. Terrible service and communication. Oh, and they never even cleaned my teeth... Just xrays and grief.

Absolutely horrible! Took me 7 appointments to get back to have my bottom wisdom teeth pulled and two fillings! After the work was done the front filling fell out three hours later and I called made another apt for the next day and when I get there they say they dont have an appointment for me so I come back the day after, they redo the filling and it literally fell out again the day after! Now today my second filling fell out so I cant drink anything because of the pain and where my teeth were extracted theres two giant holes that food gets caught in daily! Instead of taking the time and pulling one gum over the hole they left it like that! Now I get to go to a real dentist and pay out of pocket because this place cant do their jobs! Never again!

Deluxe dental they have been very very good to me and my girlfriend theyve have done alot of work keeping my girlfriend comfortable the staff is very friendly to her makes me and her feel like we are part of the team when it comes to all are dental needs they have gone far and be on any dentist that I or she has been to thank you deluxe dental dental hi genius and nursing staff and of course the also me dentist her self great job keep up the good work all of u I will always come to ur office I feel relaxed and safe when iam there and I feel great when I live no anxiety like we have at other dentist I and my girlfriend highly recommend this office and its staff.

Deluxe Dental was amazing. Their staff were more than friendly and accommodating. I had been to two other dentist for a broken wisdom tooth and no one would help me unless they could put me under for surgery. Being 4 months pregnant that comes w a lot of risk, so u stumbled on this place and I am so greatful. They were able to pull it with no risk for me or the baby. Brie was so sweet and was able to keep me calm and help me to rember to breath. Thanks again to the wonderful staff and Dentist at Deluxe Dental!

Second time here...first time they did a root canal...was there for a total of 4.5 hours from time of appointment until leaving. Here for fillings now as I leave this review. I have now been here an hour and 40 so far and I still havent even been numbed. They put these fancy TVs in your room to keep you content for hours. I could have watched Price is Right at home!!

Awful place. Awful rude staff.. Staff/Doctor hung up on me when I asked whom I was speaking with.. In sever pain after week and half of extraction.. No help from office. Find another place. Scam artist. They will close doors within months after insurance pays off.. Really disappointed.. I thought they were going to help me and fix my pain not put me though more...

The staff here are always helpful and polite. Getting work done is never painful. I had 11 teeth pulled at once and I was fully recovered in just a few days. My sister in law had just one tooth pulled at a different dentist and she was in a lot of pain for over a week. I you have "dentophobia" like I did this is the place to go.

Great place to go, staff very accommodating when answering questions, quick thorough service. Im scared silly of going to the dentist, but they did a great job of helping me relax and explaining procedures. For you single parents, they have a kids room with video games and toys. Overall its been a great experience so far.

We had a Blast at Deluxe Dental the staff was great, we went during our visit to see Santa. My children were ecstatic!!! I like to thank you for making my youngest baby girls first trip to ever see Santa so amazing and magical for her, and with the great pics that were taken its a moment captured shell never forget.

Today took my kids to Deluxe Dental i have to say it wasthe best experience with dentists we have ever had their attention to us was superb. They treated my children as their own. My kids totally loved being there beatiful office and extremely wonderful staff. Thank you again for such great and helpfull service.

Absolutely amazing staff. The manager gives out great customer service. This holiday they were giving out free ham and pictures with santa. I cannot believe they actually are making a change in society by raising awareness of the lack of floride in flints water. They also do amazing work!! Highly reccomend!

This place is horrible. I had scheduled an appointment at 5:00pm and the woman at the front desk tells me that theres a wait because they just got busy. Youd think if you scheduled an appointment that youd get in before walk ins. All in all horrible not worth it. Dont waste your time.

All though the staff has been pleasant i have gone back 3 times for impressions started this process july 5th, their office called told me my dentures were there, got there this morning just to be told someone made a mistake they are not in, i am beyond upset

Great place. Me and my wife were all around impressed. did not wait long at all to see the doctor. my brother referred us he had a full set of dentures he was highly impressed by how they fit how they looked he cant stop talking about them.
