I could not have been more impressed by a dental organization than I was at my first appointment this week at Comprehensive Dentistry. I was warmly greeted by Heather at the reception desk when I arrived and taken on a tour of the facility. I was offered a beverage of my choice while filling out my dental history. Heather then brought me a gift from the staff to show appreciation for "allowing" them to be my dental provider. Lindsay was my hygienist. Wow! Does she know her stuff!! Without a doubt, this initial exam was more detailed and thorough than any Id ever had! Lindsay even gave me a brief questionnaire about my past dental experiences, areas of anxiety around dentistry, and the degree of detail I preferred when being given treatment options. The technology and equipment used was top-notch. Xrays were taken, as were photographs of each individual tooth. I was given an ultra-sonic cleaning, a manual cleaning and a flouride treatment. My gums were carefully examined and results were recorded for future reference. Dr. Schmidt examined me. She was warm, gentle and clearly knew her stuff. It was a truly amazing experience. (They offer a blanket and pillow if that will help a patient feel more comfortable!! No lie!!) At checkout, my charges were explained to me, a next appointment was set up, all with patience and interest and humor. Their operating philosophy is clearly driven by patient satisfaction and patient comfort. When you add in a terrific facility, an excellent staff, knowledgeable doctors and the warmth and welcome of of each person with whom I interacted, I rate this experience as A+++++! Come one. Come all. Youll be glad you did.

Comprehensive Dentistry is the most modern and efficient dental practice that I have ever been to. Overall their incorporation of modern technologies and techniques into their everyday dental practice is astounding. First of all they offer free refreshment in their reception areas and at any time during a visit there is a "menu" you can request other free amenities like water, tea, a blanket or pillow etc. After a lengthy initial consultation in which they stress figuring out what is important to you in your dental care (comfort during appointments, appearance, function) you will move onto your general first appointment there (mine was a cleaning Ill use it for example) Not only was my hygienist friendly and knowledgeable (11+ years in the field) she also was more than open to me wearing headphones and distracting myself with something during the cleaning which made it much less painful, and it allowed her to focus on the task at hand instead of making conversation with tools in my mouth, and she did by far the most thorough cleaning of my teeth I have ever had done, and with by far the least amount of pain. Not sure what else someone could ask of a modern dental practice, they are exceedingly 21st century, top of the line and state of the art feel to over used to even be applied to this place. If youre looking for a modern dental practice with quality care and employees, this is where you need to be.

I HIGHLY recommend Comprehensive Dentistry and will refer my friends. They are professional, compassionate, knowledgable, community oriented and have Customer Service like none other. I was impressed the minute I got there. So impressed that after just having gone through two major extractions just a few hours ago, I am taking the time right now, today to write this review so I dont forget to do it later. I love Dr Schmidt and Kelsey and the admin staff at the front desk. They welcomed me right away and first gave me a tour and a free gift. EVERY person I interacted with was amazing. The facility is TOP NOTCH. I call them the Spa Dentistry because that is exactly what the experience was like. I felt pampered like a very important guest. Yet their prices were 21% less than a dentist I had an appointment with earlier this week in Canton where they defintely could learn a thing or two about customer service. With them it was all about how much money they could make. I am very grateful to God that I have found Comprehensive Dentistry and they will now be my new dentist office!

Wonderful experiences with Chantel, the hygienist. Unpleasant experiences with the dentist. I had a filling replaced twice in one year. Both times, it was a bad experience and the filling didnt feel right. Even to the point where it felt like it hadnt been filed down in the back. The first time, I could feel a gap/hole in the filling. This was after having listened to the dentist complain to the assistant about other staff members while she was working on me. She didnt explain what was going on, what was going to happen next. There were times when debris was traveling down the back of my throat and the assistant didnt have any idea. I had the same filling repaired by another dental practice this week, and the experience was so much more positive. The filling is smooth, no gaps and its not bulging out the back. What a relief! Comprehensive Dentistry offers some really nice perks, e.g. massage chairs, comfort menu, etc. This is not an equal trade-off for the poor dental care.

Excellent all around! I went for the first time Oct.26 2016 for a 3:30 Appointment and was seen right on time. Staff courteous and professional -made me feel right at home. Dr.Bullard is caring and supportive. I havent had good experiences with dentist and now feel I can start trusting my care to this practice Dr. Bullard explained everything and seemed genuinely concerned . Megan and the rest of the staff were awesome. Highly recommend this practice, Lillian Oct 27, 2016 Had my teeth cleaned yesterday by Amanda, the best hygienist ever! Amanda is knowledgeable , professional , kind, and supportive . Dr. Bullard came in to explain my treatment plan and made me feel relaxed with her kind demeanor and professionalism. When I was done , Sara at the front desk answered all my questions politely and professionally. Excellent staff and an awesome practice.

I had the worse toothache in dental history and no other dentist in Ypsilanti would see me without scheduling for a future date. I called Comprehensive at 7am explained that I needed urgent care and they told me to come in asap, I arrived 10 minutes later and was in the chair 5 minutes after a brief tour of the office which was amazing. The staff and the 2 dentist on hand were great. Now my procedure, an extraction was complicated due to a nerve that wouldnt numb easily so I had to endure excruciating pain while the dentist worked quickly to get the nerve removed. Next the tooth didnt want to come out, little bugger was stubborn but due to the skill and patience of the 2 dentist tag teaming my tooth success was had in 2 hours from the 1st xray to exiting the building. I highly recommend them, great atmosphere and an awesome staff.

We had set up our kids appointment with Comprehensive Dentistry because our previous provider went out of network. The kids had a good experience with our previous provider and we were quite choosy in who we wanted. We are glad to have found Comprehensive Dentistry! The environment was very clean and the kids really felt at home. Dr. Laura Yetter was very kind and gentle, and she/her hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and advising us of the next steps. The marketing team and the assistants at Comprehensive Dentistry did a great job in reaching out to us for open slots and sending us timely reminders. We are very glad to have made Comprehensive Dentistry our provider of choice and will strongly recommend them for dental work.
