I had a wonderful experience at Smiles of Grand River on Monday 8-21-2017. They took me in at 8:00 promptly even as a new patient with basically no information on my insurance they had me in a chair going over my course of action about my VERY PAINFUL MOLAR while they figured out my insurance I was speaking directly with Dr. Shaheen about my other teeth and my dental history, in seconds I was ready to get the tooth pulled and insurance was handled in a FLASH! I just want to say THANKYOU to everyone at Smiles of Grand River and most importantly Dr. Shaheen for making my day go from terrible to great in less then thirty minutes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My mouth is feeling great and Im at home relaxing with my family who I plan on switching to Smiles of Grand River!!! -Robert-

I went here as an emergency appointment, I am absolutely terrified of dentists, as soon as I got there I was greeted by the most sweetest caring staff anyone could ask for, and that was just as I walked in. I had a broken tooth, my face was completed swelled up from infection and I was in so much pain!! Once it was my time to be seen the dentist and his wonderful assistants calmed my nerves, explained everything to me in detail, and I can not express how kind, caring and compassionate the dentist was!! I have never felt more cared for in my life. I highly recommend Smiles of Grand River to everyone. And the team was beyond wonderful. Thank you, Thank you Thank you to the entire team!

I never thought my 6 year old daughter would actually enjoy going to the dentist. Sure, she didnt mind going to get her teeth cleaned now and then, but I thought for sure that was over when she started complaining about tooth pain. We called around and Smiles of Grand River were able to get her in the very next day. Cindy and Dr. Shaheen are excellent at making her feel comfortable during the appointments. She enjoys getting to watch T.V. and question Dr. Shaheen about every piece of equipment in the room. Needless to say, I wont be taking her anywhere else for dental care. (not that she would let me anyway, lol).

The office is clean and comfortable. The doctor is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes steps above and beyond to ensure his patients are comfortable and happy and gives the best service possible. The receptionist is also very friendly. I highly recommend going to this dentist. I have been to several others and really did not like the experiences . This dentist office is so different from the others in that this dentist seems to really care about his patients and their concerns and level of comfort.

Just recently had my first appointment at Smiles of Grand River and I must say I was very impressed. The clinic is brand new and the facilities are very welcoming (They even have TVs in each room!). Dr. Shaheen was very thorough with my care, and took the time to explain everything he was looking for and what he was doing. Overall the experience was pleasant and even though I dont typically get excited for the dentist, I am looking forward to my follow up visit!

Smiles of Grand River understands what a dental office needs. Everything is designed to make the patient experience more pleasant. I love that I can watch movies or listen to music with noise cancelling headphones during my appointment. Dr. Shaheen understands what makes you feel comfortable and explains everything very clearly.
