This place is a nightmare. Im so incredibly unhappy with this establishment. I went here with my kids when they first opened and they performed a root canal on me. Because of insurance caps, we had to wait to do additional work to it. In the meantime, dental is lost and Im unable to afford to go in. Fast forward a year and I have insurance again. I make appointments for myself and my kids. I call and they said they accepted our insurance. I pulled the kids out of school and go. We walk in, check in, wait 30 min and then the receptionist informs me that they DONT accept our insurance. Nendless to say, I was very upset. Today I go in again because the rootcanal has broken and I could finally be seen and the dentist says she didnt do the root canal but that she did filings on the top tooth. Then shes arguing about it with me. I literally have never seen a dentist in the past 10 years besides you. So evidently she didnt bill it so now shes arguing with the front desk girl about my insurance from 2 years ago. Trying to prove she didnt do my root canal because my insurance wouldnt have covered it. In the meantime she tells me she has to extract the tooth, which is fine, but that I have to make another appointment for that. Then as Im standing at the front to check out she yells from her office that I need a bunch of fillings and I need to come in for 4 more appointments in addition to my extraction because I "have a bunch of cavities." Even though she didnt even do a freaking examination or x-rays today. The first time I went there she was amazing and I recommended them to everyone. Today she was rude, dismissive and acted like I was a waste of her time.

Well Ive been here a few times and everything usually went well. That was up until about 3-4 weeks. I came in routine teeth cleaning and was told I needed to come back for a filling. Came back for the filling and right off the bat the wrong side of my face was numbed. The dentist had a hard time filling it. I went back numerous times for pain. First time she said something was stuck in my gums. Second time I was told I had TMJ and was talked into paying $25 for some some lazed treatment. I gave up on this place and thank God found another dentist that takes my insurance. Went in today and was told I needed a root canal because the filling I had done was not right. Well my insurance doesnt cover root canals so I had to have my tooth pulled.

This place is horrible. Is the Dentist capable? Yes she is to an extent. Can she run a dentist Office? The answer is certainly not. She is nice but the trade off isnt worth it. Give me a mean dentist on time than a nice one an hour late. Expect almost every appointment to be behind schedule. Sometimes an hour behind or more. Theres a new receptionist every three months it seems. Easy to understand why if youve gone there. They will reschedule with one days notice whether they actually speak to you or not. Ill take Great expressions trying to upsell me on mouthwash and white fillings over this place any day. Good riddance.
