As a first time visit as a patient, I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and waited patiently in the waiting room. After a short while a man came in that was very wordy and social with the staff and explaining how he now lives in Warren and works in Southfield but was in the area and was wondering if he could be fit in somewhere. Not long after this man entered the office, I was called back to a room to watch a video which I did but the audio of the video was drowned out by the conversation between the man that did not have an appointment and the chiropractor. I waited until after the video was completed and continued to wait patiently, I finally decided to use the restroom and upon exiting my room I seen the man that did not have an appointment being treated across the hall from me. I walked in to the restroom and noticed the time was well after my appointment time that was scheduled, I left the bathroom and when I walked out in to the hallway was met by the receptionist who informed me that the chiropractor was ready for me in the room. I returned to the room where I was greeted by Jack Jackson and that he was eager to meet me. I did not shake his hand and informed him that the services of this office would not be needed by me, he responded with "it looks like you have some pain in your leg", and I replied that he does not need to be concerned with me, because apparently not all patients are treated equally here. I was then told that the other man’s time was important to him as well and that he was now going to spend 45 minutes with me, I answered him with the fact that my time was just as important but because the walk-in overruled me that apparently, the other patient was more important and that I would seek services that values my time the same as all patients. I left the room and was followed out by the chiropractor and heard him inform the receptionist that I chose to not be treated, I quickly responded that I did want to be treated but my time was not as important as the other patients and that was their choice not mine to place the other patient before me.

I went into Jackson Chiropractic disgusted and frustrated with back pain that had ended my running season prematurely. For over 2 months I rested just hoping it would subside. I finally gave in and called Dr. Jacksons office and had an appointment set up right away. Dr. Jacksons excitement for what he does just permeates every visit. I know I can trust what he does and I know I am in good hands. He explains what the condition is and is able to show you where the trouble spots are. Not only WILL you feel better but you can also see the results. I went in for my first visit 6 visits ago and feel 90% better already! I plan to go to Dr. Jackson for the rest of my life. It really is a miracle what he is able to do AND its ALL NATURAL too!!! Thank you Dr. Jackson and his staff

Another Day
My back "went out" every once in a while. Been to 4 different chiropractors over the years with some decent results. None of them took the time to properly diagnose my torn ligaments in my lowest vertebrae. Dr. Jackson found this problem with his extensive testing that he did with me as a new patient. He worked with me once a week for a month, then once every two weeks for 3 months, then once a month or so for maintenance. My pain slowly went away and was completely gone in two weeks, and its been two years and no problems with my back! He said the ligaments would never grow back but the muscles can be trained to support the spine. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Jackson!

the staff was professional, caring , understanding. Dr. Jackson was thorough in explaining everything start to finish, was kind, gentle and caring. He gave me hope which in the horrific pain i am in from sciatica and know that it will not be overnight repair, he reassured me that he will be diligent in helping me get back to my active lifestyle. I am grateful to my coworkers who recommended him and confident in the choice to have his help.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are absolutely wonderful. It is a very homey atmosphere, with little to no wait time. I am generally in and out in less than half an hour, which makes it very easy to go while working. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson for your chiropractic needs.

Seemed very professional he knew my attentions of looking for immediate recovery.. He wants to treat me for a year so which Im gathering cha ching. What the chief complaint I have with him is his statement "youre looking for a quick pill" unprofessional!!
