We have gone there with our two dogs. They were polite and we normally saw a younger doctor. However, I had to take my dog in when she started going paralyzed in her back legs. We saw a different vet (an older guy) and he did xrays and told me to give her rest. I took her home where she cried all night and then started to go down hill. I called them back a few days later and asked what I should do. The vet simply told me to wait. He never asked to see her again. I took her to another vet who said she agreed that she was suffering and I should put her down. What really upset me what that it was a week and a half later and they still had not called to check on her or ask how she was doing.

Geronimo ear was cuts bad and losing blood our old vet said they could not see him till morning and if the bleeding didnt stop take him to GR my daughter called east holland veterinary and explained the problem and his aggressive Ness they said bring him right in they got him in the room examined him came out and tolded us what had to be done went back in repaired his ear and now hes back to normal the staff and doctors where fantastic we had his records and our cats transferred we used to get this kind of service before but the new owners didnt care thanks east veterinary for saving geronomo

I recently had my dog neutered. The procedure went fine and my dog recovered fine. I wish the staff would have given me more information on how to take care of my dog after surgery. What to expect. How long does it take for the urge to hump other animals take to get out of his system, if ever. What I can expect of his behavior ongoing after the surgery. Energy level, etc. I feel like the follow through with information of what to expect after the surgery was lacking.

Friendly professional staff. Our doctor genuinely cared for our cat and called to check in on us after our first visit. Id feel comfortable calling for advice and Im certain theyd do their best to offer their knowledge. Office is clean and comfortable. Prices are low, but that shouldnt matter for your companions. Visible and easy to reach. Theyre there for your pets and highly recommend using them.

My husband and I brought our sweet 14 year old Yorkie mix to see Dr. Polena yesterday. Dr. Polena and the staff were so kind. A thorough exam was done related to Chesters left sided weakness and a prescription was given with discharge instructions. Our wait to be seen was very short and the facilities were very clean and quiet. Thanks so much for such a good experience.

My daughter brought her geckos in and I was very impressed by the level of care. Every employee we encountered seemed genuinely interested and caring. Questions were knowledgably answered and they were kind enough to do a follow up phone call to check on the progress of her little lizard babies.

Love this place. The Drs are awesome the staff is so nice. Whenever my dog was sick they would call to see how he was doing. They always took real good care of my crazy dog. If I hadnt moved so far away I would still be going to them. Miss them already.
