Terrible customer service from every employee I spoke with. My family hit a rough patch financially about a year ago and we werent able to pay our balance owed (which wasnt extreme). I received multiple rude and threatening letters in the mail about paying up or being sent to collections. When i called to work out a payment arrangement they said it was too late and i had to pay the balance in full or be sent to collections. So i let them send it to collection. I found a much better vet with amazing customer service who contacted them to fax records for my two dogs and they refused. I called shortly after and was once again treated very rudely. They said they werent going to give anyone the records until my balance was paid. When i started to explain how that was ridiculous and those records are for my animals and I should be able to access them at any time, the manager (Heather) immediately shut me down and said she would send them wherever i wanted them as long as she didnt have to continue this conversation. Wow! Amazing management style Heather. Ive never been treated this way by any animal clinic and i hope i dont have to deal with it in the future. If it was that easy to send the records why didnt they just take care of it. Why make both the clinic and myself call, spend five minutes telling me that i owe you money while refusing to send the records and then do it anyways. Ridiculous. I would never go back.

SUCH caring and wonderful people there! We live about a mile away, and dont have a car... Kitty was sick and I called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon to ask what to do. Ive had back surgery and lost my job, were so broke right now and a sick pet is something I didnt even think to prepare for... one of the vet techs drove over to our house, picked up myself and the kitty cat, and took us into the office so they could diagnose and treat her. The doctor was gentle and quiet, the other techs were caring and personable, they took what money I had, and worked out a payment plan I could afford, and the bill really wasnt much at all. Then, on the Friday evening before Labor day, time to clock out, they drove us back home, too. They care about pets THAT much. Id recommend this practice to anybody who adores their fuzzy loved ones. Even for people who live outside the Holland area. Id drive the extra miles (if I had a car, that is) to see these particular animal caregivers.

We live outside Chicago and have a place in Holland. We unexpectedly had put down our beloved Ginger ( 13+ year old terrier mix rescue) this past Friday pm after she experienced a health crisis. After she fell ill were in a panic where to take her as we didnt know any vets in Holland and luckily connected with Dr. Jim after hours. He was so amazingly kind and compassionate to both Ginger and us. We feel blessed to have met him ( literally minutes after our panicked call to him.) Ginger was a very special part of our family and we will now have a special vet in Holland who we will bring our puppy ( Sydney ) when we are in town. Thank you again.

The doctors and staff here are always kind, helpful, and thorough. They have always been accommodating with scheduling and on the rare occasion of an emergency, have stepped in with no complaint or issue. The hallmark of their care is not only the pets, but the pet owners. When we lost two dogs over two years (one to illness, the other to old age), their treatment of these beautiful pups was touching and gentle at a very sad and difficult time. There truly is not a better place to seek care for your forever friends.

The best clinic Ive ever found for my beloved pets, by a long shot. Ive had pets all my life, and Ive moved a lot, so I have many other experiences to compare this to. They are so nice, and so kind. They go out of their way to make my pets feel safe and secure, and never rush me out the door - instead, they take a lot of time explaining all the issues and diagnoses. Every member of the staff has had a lot of training and they are all very well informed. Dr. Sue, Dr. Jim, Dr. Kay, and the whole staff are great!

My husband and I were on vacation and our pet needed veterinary attention. They fit us in quickly and were beyond helpful. Dr. Havenga listened to our dogs medical history and made sure he knew what medications our dog could and could not take before prescribing anything. Their pricing was reasonable, and the staff had us in and out in a timely fashion. We loved our experience with the Animal Clinic of Holland!

I was so impressed with my trip to this clinic! I have an outdoor cat that has blood in his urine. They were able to get me in the same day. They were very kind and gentle to my cat along with being very helpful and friendly to me and my children. I thought that I would leave spending well over $100 and I left spending well under $100. Thats always good :) I definitely recommend this clinic!

I have been going to this clinic for atleast 12 years my bf Chula Guillen was quickly diagnosed with cancer and the staff have been always so caring and friendly ....ijf you are able to donate on chulas behalf it would be best to let the staff know that when you are making that donation...under my name as well if they need ....Tamara guillen

Friendly staff & willing to help. Good hours and prices are comparable. Good home town feel. The only downside is there parking lot. Bit on the small side, only 1 way in & out. So when they are busy it seems people forget how to park and make it more difficult to navigate.

Can not ask for or find a better group of vets. We have been going to them now for 17 years, and they are not only vets they are our friends. They know what they are doing and it is clear that that they love what they do. I would never go to a different vet.

Amazing place, called to make an appointment for our kitty got us in the next day. When we went in they were ready for us right when we got there, everyone was extremely friendly, and everything was done at a very fair price. Definitely going back there!

Great place to bring in your pets. They are friendly and remember you. Busy but for good reason. My cat broke his hip and they were understanding and worked with me for care and payment. All the staff is great.

Definitely a 5 star vet! We did not have a vet in the area when our dog got sick. I called at 8 am, they got us in at 9 am the same day. Very caring and gentle and very reasonably priced!
