The coalescence of unrivaled compassion, dedication, and professionalism is undeniably the epitome of Janssen Veterinary Clinic. I travel often and have had to use many different veterinarians not only for my horses but for my dog as well throughout the years, and through those experiences I have realized just how exceptional and passionate the JVC team is. They are very organized and always follow up with me in a very timely manner. Customer service and client education are clearly very important to them as they always take the time to answer my questions and to make sure I understand everything. Every JVC team member, whether it be one of the veterinarians, assistants, or office personal, truly cares about my animals as if they were their own which is truly an invaluable quality.

I have been fortunate enough to entrust the care of both my equine and canine companions to the Janssen team for over 15 years. They are a dedicated, compassionate and very professional group of animal care providers. JVC has many practitioners who are experts in their chosen field of Veterinary medicine. JVC also does a tremendous job of treating their clients like family members. They truly care about you and your animal and are always available. Their staff is always welcoming and positive with a work ethic second to none. I highly recommend JVC as they have always been professional and courteous throughout the years and I know I can always trust them to provide the best care possible for all of my animals.

This is by far the worst small veterinary practice I have been to. Went there for a few tests that I needed done and watched everything. This is what I saw.. A vet (probably just out of school) give my dog a 10 second once over and then did a vaginal smear in which he was uncapable of correctly reading. After my dog and and I recieved our half assed visit we went to check out where I was given a bill that had an exam charge for an exam that wasnt given. I paid only for the one test and refused to pay for a service that wasnt given. Will not be returning to this clinic. With several years of dealing with sporting dogs this is by far the worst excuse for a small animal vet practice I have seen...

Best vets by far! I have had the best experience with Dr. Thompson regarding my horses; he takes me through every step of the process when evaluating my horses, and makes sure that I am okay with what he wants to do. the entire staff is great including the small animal staff! My dogs LOVE visiting the clinic...my younger dog had to stay a while there when he was a puppy, and I knew he was in great hands. The experience I have had with this clinic has even inspired me to pursue pre-vet studies. They form a great relationship with customers, and I would never dream of taking my animals anywhere else!

Dr. Thompson and Dr. Ernst have seen me and my treasured animals through some of the more horrific times and some of the happiest times.
