I purchased a Groupon for a consultation and two adjustments. At the appointment, while waiting for the doctor, I heard him and the receptionist talking in the hallway about my insurance and he said "yeah, but we cant bill for it." During the consultation, the doctor told me that I needed to continue additional treatments after the Groupon at $40 per visit. When I informed him that I was not interested in treatment that was not covered by my insurance, he refused to treat me even though the Groupon was already purchased. He was incredibly unprofessional once he knew that he was not going to make any more money off of me. The facility was dirty and poorly-maintained. I cannot attest to the doctors expertise on the matter, but my overall impression is that he is only interested in money.

I want to give this ZERO stars but it wont let me post this without choosing at least one star...Dr. Heumann and is office staff are completely incompetent. The website claims "No out of pocket expense for Ford Motor Company employees" until you try to take advantage of this so-called benefit. This is the ONLY reason why I went there! They are unprofessional to the point of actually HANGING UP THE PHONE on me when i tried to dispute a $240 charge to my credit card. Not to mention the facilities are run-down and filthy.

After day one or session two I was feeling great relief and comforts in my back. After several sessions My body feels stronger, stable, more able to handle hard work and pressures and overall has been a great experience. I highly recommended visiting this office for either personal needs/adjustments and or any medical purposes.

I have been treated very fairly. I have a large out of pocket for my insurance, but this is no fault of this office. Some of the other reviews are blaming the Dr for this. It is your responsibility to know your own insurance benefits and the Dr should not be blamed if you have bad insurance. I almost couldnt walk before I came, now I am feeling great, but just like with ANY chiropractor it takes a few visits to feel this good.

Love this place! The doctor is very gentle with you. I went in to his office first time and my pain level was high. I was too uncomfortable to even sleep with out waking up in extra pain. First visit he lowered my pain level and by the second week I had so much relief I was getting back to more of my normal daily activities. Changed my life! Thank you for always listening to my specific pain areas and always addressing them.

Dr. Heumann is fantastic! He was very thorough with his initial assessment and follow up adjustments. All of my questions and concerns were addressed right away. At one point, Dr. Heumann wasnt sure what was causing some muscle pain I was having, so he researched some topics and had a treatment for me on my next visit. He even had a textbook in the room with him! I definitely recommend Dr. Heumann.
