First off I was very disappointed because I called the practice to ask questions before making an appointment and I was never told until I had already spent an hour at the practice that I would not be receiving an adjustment that day. It took over an hour to watch a very pointless video, go over health history and do X-rays at which point I was told okay come back later this week were not doing an adjustment today because it takes time to develop x-rays. It is 2017 most chiropractors office develop x-rays immediately and do an adjustment the first day I feel that this was just an attempt to get a second copay out of me. Also I was not informed that using my credit card I would be charged a fee for doing so again this should have been information provided to me when I called to inquire about the practice. I wish I had had an opportunity to go elsewhere before spending over an hour there with my 11 month old daughter. Also it is not this is not a veterinarians office, there was a huge dog at the practice that the doctor just allowed to come in this very teeny tiny exam room with me and my 11 month old daughter. What if we had had a dog allergy? I had to ask for the dog to be removed as there was not room for me, the doctor, the very large dog and my baby in a stroller. This is just very unprofessional and had I not already spent over an hour going over the history and doing x-rays I would not be returning but at this point I feel Ive already put in so much time I might as well go back to get an adjustment which is going to be a week after my initial appointment. Very unprofessional, Im very disappointed!

I LOVE Paula! She is so caring and truly cares about what you are feeling. She takes the time to find out what is exactly going on in your mental history so she knows she does exactly what you need! Her receptionist Richelle is always such a delight to see as well, they both are always so friendly and make you feel at home. Paula also brings in her beautiful golden retriever, Hudson. Who is the sweetest guy, he loves to come up and greet you to make you feel at home as well. I also went to Paula when I was pregnant, I was adjusted all through my pregnancy which is when I start seeing her, I came in 14 weeks pregnant and had the absolute worst migraines. Paula took the time to ask me everything and made me feel a lot better about being pregnant and being adjusted, months later I actually brought in my NEWBORN! Yes, my 3 week old baby. My baby would favor the left side and would never move her head to the right, after a couple adjustments she was perfect! It even helped her sleep better. I HIGHLY recommend this practice if you want someone who takes the time to get to know you, treats you like family and does one hell of a job in her chiropractic work! GO DR RUFFIN!

I love coming to this place each week for my adjustment! In fact, I look forward to it. Since day 1, I have always felt welcome and completely comfortable. Rochelle is always smiling and wonderful to chat with! Seeing it was my first time getting adjusted I was really nervous and heard bad stories about chiropracticers doing more harm than good, but I knew that was not the case here since Paula took the time to talk about my overall health, took x-rays and gave me tons of information about Chiropractic care. She even took a few days to evaluate my entire file before proceeding and just adjusting willy nilly. All of that is why I was comfortable with Paula adjusting me. My favorite part of everything is HUDSON!!! He is the most amazing dog. He loves everyone and he is there to help keep people calm and happy. When he is not there some days, I am a little disappointed since I look forward to seeing his cute squishy face! I love businesss that are pet friendly! It tells me all I need to know about the owners.... Awesome! I have and will continue to recommend Paula!

I hobbled into Dr. Ruffins office, after being told by my general practitioner that I needed to see an endocrinologist, an orthopedic surgeon, and a neurologist. I decided to try a chiropractor with a holistic approach first. Thank Goodness! I have been treated at New Hudson Chiropractic Clinic for 2 months, and I am doing significantly better today. Dr. Ruffins approach is so much more comprehensive than that of traditional medicine, and I feel confident that she has done more for my health in two months than my GP did in six months. Her knowledge concerning the treatment of fibromyalgia is excellent, and I am certain that I am in the best place possible. I am getting my mobility back, and I am thankful for the progress that I have made while being treated at New Hudson Chiropractic Wellness Center!

Dr Ruffin has made me feel so much better over the course of the last 3 years. I first came to her after an accident involving my back, ribs, and neck. I was on pain pills from my primary Dr and wasnt feeling any better. Dr Ruffin took a whole body approach by helping me get off the pain medication thru adjustments, electronic stimulation, and use natural supplements to help heal my body. She also helped with my diet as I was "feeding" the inflamation with my food choices without even realizing it!! Richelle, her assistant/office manager is genuinely kind and knowledgable. Her therapy dog roams the office which makes for a very comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr Ruffin !

Absolutely love going to Dr Ruffin. and the New Hudson Chiropractic team! The Doctors approach to care and wellness is one of kind. Step by step educational process to ensure you not only feel the difference, but know what the difference is! She has an excellent approach to health as well with all her nutrition support. My favorite thing about this office though? HUDSON the therapy dog they have on site. He is so friendly, and playful. Providing a stress free environment to alleviate any additional stress or tension. I would highly reccomend Dr. Ruffin to anyone who desires a lifetime of health and happiness.

Dr Ruffin is an amazing chiropractor. She truly cares about her patients and is very kind, she did not not miss her calling in life. My neck is huge and is very difficult to manipulate and Dr Ruffin adjusts it with ease! I have seen many chrriopracrors and none of them were able to adjust my cinder block of a neck with the ease Dr. Ruffin does. Her office is very homey and her staff is very friendly and helpful My wife and I just love her!.Give her a call I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Doc and her staff are seriously the most caring people I have ever met! Their objective is to make you feel better anyway she can. She will stay late, she will research, she even makes homemade salsa thats to die for! Friendliest, caring and great chiro!
