Called today to have 2 day old puppies dewclaws removed. I was quoted $155. I had to laugh. Although this would be a common price for dewclaw removal on an OLDER DOG, the going rate for newborn pups is around $20 each. Its a shame that the staff at this clinic can not tell the diffrence in procedure. Im sure Terkal looses more money than any other vet soley based on his uneducated staff.

They told my mother in law her dog was up to date on all vaccinations, but wasnt. Someone entered his records in the computer incorrectly and then told us we declined the booster vaccination due her not having enough money. I dont appreciate being lied to- ridiculous behavior for an animal clinic. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Dr. Turkal is very good at what he does. He is very good with my dogs. I did some research and he has the lowest prices in the shores for pet care. The staff is very pleasent. I will never go anywhere else.

My cat was attacked yesterday. The office got her in right away and they were responsible with pricing. I would recommend the office and will be back myself!
