Ive been taking my cat to this clinic for about 6 years, and am VERY happy with their service. Its a comfortable place for both me and Sassy, the staff are all very gentle, caring folks, and theyve taken excellent care of Sassys needs. Unlike some places Ive taken her to in recent years, they dont pressure me to do things which are not entirely necessary and which are very expensive, theres no arm-twisting or guilt-tripping. However, if something really is important, they explain that clearly and why. I couldnt ask for more from a veterinary clinic.

After moving here, we found this vet for our cat. They took great care of him during his sickness. Dr Madwar is a very caring Dr. and I like the staff every time we go in. She took time to explain things and show me x-rays, so I understood my pets needs. She even send me a sympathy card after my cat passed. I couldnt ask for a better vet clinic!

Big Walnut & Annehurst are connected in some way. I have been going to BWalnut for 5 yrs. The last two years have been trying. Ill make an appt at Big Walnut and show up but they say the appt is at Annehurst. I dont want to go all the way to Westerville. Tired of the dual personality problems.
