Office is clean and visually appealing. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Vet is knowledgeable and passionate. Everything is top-notch except when you go to pay your bill. Services are implicitly pushed (you feel bad if you say no), without any breakdown of associated costs up-front. Prepare to be surprised when you go to pay. Nickel and dime approach. $15 toe-nail clipping fee. $5 medical disposal fee. Costs seem a bit on the higher side of Columbus, OH.

My dog is an established patient of this clinic (3+ years). Took him in without an appointment due to an emergency intestinal issue. They said there was no way to see him until following afternoon. Immediately took him to MedVets (emergency vet) where he was hospitalized for 2 nights and put on iv fluid treatment. Glad I didnt wait. Im currently searching for new vet

Yesterday I had to put my 8 month old kitten to sleep due to a horrible illness. The veterinarian was the best Ive ever seen. She was so caring and such an amazing Doctor.. If it wasnt for her putting my kitten down wouldve been 10 times harder than what it already was. I love this place and I recommend it to everyone who is trying to find a reliable vet clinic ❤️

Best Vet Ive had the chance to go to. Very friendly and informative, they also dont get annoyed if you call and have questions about your animal (Ive called a few times due to my dog vomiting) they gave me very clear answers. Staff is very professional and VERY kind to your animal. I rate 5/5 and will miss them when I move.

I just moved to the New Albany area and got my first puppy shortly after. I had a ton of questions and concerns about him. The vet took all the time in the world to answer all my questions. I purchased one of their "puppy packages" and couldnt be happier. 5/5 stars for me!

Dr. Cormany has been taking care of my animals (dog, 2 cats, chinchilla, leopard gecko) for years. She knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job removing a cancerous tumor from my dogs leg. The rest of the staff is friendly.

The staff is nice. The veterinarian is very helpful. They take great care of my little dog. I struggle with the amount of air freshener they use in their office, and the wait time is usually longer than I expect.
