I returned to Dr. Kotsonis after nearly 20 years upon returning to the area and I must say I was pleased and impressed by the general office procedures (scheduling, check-in/out, etc) and with the enthusiasm and care by Dr. Kotsonis (manner, interest in me, time spent, etc) and his staff. After battling chronic illness for over 20 years I have little patience with the medical profession and my recent visits have been a refreshing change and my faith and trust in the medical profession is being renewed.

The billing staff is awful, DO NOT PAY CASH. they dont record it. I paid it up front and my husband paid it again thinking I owed it. They bill you for free exams for the insurance company and they DONT send the reports in which doubles your deductibles. They dont care, They almost killed my husband on prescriptions giving him 2 uppers and 3 downers every morning. For 3 years!! never checked they other prescriptions when they put him on new ones.

Had appointment scheduled for 3:30 , showed up at 2:40. Filled out all paperwork by 3:05 , sat and watched as multiple people that came after me were brought in before me. I am still here at 3:50 and not happy. What a joke, very unprofessional. Thought i would update its 5:12 and still no Dr. Worst Dr office i have ever been too, and thats pretty bad as a veteran thats been to the VA downtown detroit.

My family and I all go the Silver Pine and I would suggest this practice to anyone! My children have been seen here since they were infants, and they always get amazing care! My husband and I also love our doctors and the care we receive.

The doctors are fine but the stuff sucks together with the crappy phone system Takes forever to get a referral or anything else ! Im looking elsewhere for medical help!
