I have never had an experience such as the one today. This is also my first review I have ever written about a doctor or practice, which should tell you how upsetting this was. Dr. Panozzos nurse, Becky (pretty sure thats her name) has made sure that every visit for me has been uncomfortable and unpleasant. She is rude, mean, and Im confident she never smiles. The women that work the front desk also seem to be incompetent on many levels, and like to place blame on everyone but themselves. They neglect to relay messages to the doctor, mess up appointments, and are rude in general. I was turned away for being 6 minutes late and asked to reschedule. I drive about 45 minutes to see this doctor, was just diagnosed with a debilitating chronic nerve disorder, and was also traveling with my one year old. Their office was in shambles as it was just through some construction and seemed very unorganized. These people lack empathy, understanding and just plain commen sense. I would never recommend this practice!!! Even if you like doctor Panozzo everyone else that works here makes it not worth the trouble.

If I could rate Kristen Panozzo and lower I would. I used to go to her practice in Warren, she is THE worst "doctor" Ive ever seen. Every time I saw her she insisted upon more than what I requested. Just trying to bill my insurance more money. I called her out for it and told her I didnt want a physical and a Pap smear for my birth control (I did both last year). She then only gave me a prescription for a MONTH! She is very manipulative, if she gave me a prescription for a month then she couldve gave me one for a year or even 1/2 a year! Dont go to this doctor.

I have nothing good to write about this Dr and the so called Medical assistant Becky. The dr is rude, lacks professionalism and bedside manner, has no respect for her patients whom she treats in a derogatory manner. The medical assistant is a blatant liar who tries to intimidate patients by talking over them then hanging the phone up. I dont know if this review will generate any sort of administrative follow up - I felt however that the negative experiences my family and I have recently experienced at least deserve to be published online
