I heard rumors from coworkers that Dr. Cepela was a cat whisperer. They were right. But she is also great with my dog. I dont care to go to a fancy animal clinic which will pretend my pet is a person and charge me as much. I dont care for fancy offices with cute posters and photos and a TV with funny animal videos. I want a clinic where they know me and my pet and care about the health and care of my pet. Most importantly, a doctor who is compassionate and understands what its like to love a cat or a dog and be responsible for it. Great service, quick appointments, not very long waits, and reasonable prices. I recommend Freeway Veterinary Clinic to anyone who asks.

I have taken both of my cats to Dr. Anne for several years and have been very happy with the care they have received. A few years ago one of my cats suddenly became ill and listless. The had me bring him in right away and although he had to stay a few days, when he came home he wasnt even on any meds, just a specific diet. She is very good with the cats even when they arent always cooperative. The re-vamped reception area is very open and inviting too.

Weve been with Dr. Anne for almost 5 years now. Her practice has always been very accommodating and professional. A few times weve called with concerns and got into to see her the same day and one time as an emergency when one of the dogs sliced her nose open on a fence. We were never charged an emergency appointment fee, which I know some vet practices do. About a year ago we had to put down our oldest dog and we were shown compassion and sympathy.

I have been going to freeway for 30 years and never had a bad experience. Anne is the best and explains everything she sees, does or needs to do. We just had one of her puppys for 10 years and had to put him down. She was so sympathetic. We will never go to another vet. she is courtious, funny, and truthful. lots more to say but she knows how i feel about her and her clinic peggy griffiths

We chose this office because how close it is to home. Our 3 kitties hate being in the car. Weve used cats only clinics in Chicago, Schaumburg, Knoxville and Grand Rapids. Some pretty over the top in "selling" gimmicky high end care. Dr and her staff have provided excellent care, helpful advice, in a friendly, professional, no fuss no frills environment. Please consider giving her office a try.

Went to clinic, receptionist was less than pleasant. She was very short and rude and not welcoming at all! I have heard this from other sources as well. The vet was great, but the receptionist needs to be much nicer! We are paying customers!
