My dog hates having his nails clipped, but the staff at Pleasant Paws go out of their way to make the vet visit experience pleasant for him. They do not rush you in, give a cursory exam, then get you right back out like other vet clinics I have been to. They really take their time with their patients and give thorough exams. They encourage me to bring my dog in for social visits in between appointments for petting and treats to make the vet a happy place for him. Even my in-laws cat who is normally aggressive to veterinarians had a calm and relaxed experience at Pleasant Paws. Highly recommend!

We love Pleasant Paws Vet care! The staff is friendly, gentle, and they really listen and work with you to come up with solutions for your pets problems. They explain your options and dont try to pressure/guilt trip you into lots of unnecessary tests or medications. They are extremely well priced for the area and their service goes above and beyond what we could ask for in a vet clinic! They have worked us in for same day appointments on numerous occasions and have always been very easy to schedule with. We have no complaints in our almost 3 years with Pleasant Paws.

Best vet clinic visit ever! Ive seriously never seen my dog and 2 cats so relaxed during an appointment. Vaccines and blood draws with marshmallows and salmon treats as restraint?! When it was time to go, my dog was laying on her back getting a complimentary belly rub nearly falling asleep. No exam tables, fresh catnip growing behind the front desk, and a handwritten thank you note sent snail mail, just for coming in... The word revolutionary came out of my mouth! :)

The gals at pleasant paws are amazing. They way they interact with my three dogs makes me so happy. One is terrified of strangers, car rides, you name it but I swear she loves coming to Pleasant Paws. I love that they allow me to bring her in just to say hi so she can get acquainted with the space and the people and be able to keep the association a happy one! A great facility and an amazing vet team!

They are always very polite and professional. I never leave with questions or concerns unanswered. The environment is welcoming, and friendly. My dog Josie, is always excited when she gets there. Once my dog ate a half pound of raw bacon. I called them in a panic, and Dr. Hedges helped me right then and there, over the phone. I recommend Pleasant Paws to everyone with pet care needs.
