Dr. Keedy is not just an ordinary vet. She shows genuine compassion for her patients and their owners. She gos above and beyond to console pet parents when she has to give unfaverable news about their pets diagnosis. She tells you that you can call her with question anytime . Trust me she calls you back as soon as she can( the same day !!) She realizes that you are stressed and worried about your pet and how much he or she means to you. She is very professional and always continues her education . With learning semires to keep up to date on the newest advances in veterinary medicine .so your pet receives the best of care. I drive an hour and a half to take my Kitty to her. Because second best will never do for my pet. DR. KEEDY IS THE BEST !!!!!!

Dr. Keedy is WONDERFUL. I didnt find the other vet very personable, but she did help my cat once. I would trust Dr. Keedys opinion more than most vets Ive ever met and think she is one of the best out there. The reception staff is a little hit or miss, but I dont think Ive ever found a veterinary office with a friendly and professional reception staff for some reason. One of the only bad things about this place is that is ALWAYS reeks of cat urine. It smells horrible in there. They really need to do something to fix that...

Couldnt have had a better experience! Dr. Keedy is everything I could ask for in a DVM. She is compassionate, very thorough, honest, patient, and such a sweet person. My dog has seen the same Dr. for 6 years & I was nervous to see a new vet, but I recommend this office to everyone. Staff was great & we have found our new vet for Diamond! ❤️

HORRIBLE customer service, the ladies at the front desk are so rude, it seems to be an inconvenience if you call the business with any questions or concerns. The inside of the building smells horrible, the vet was not very personable and friendly, seems to be just a "get you in get you out" type of place.

Everyone is so nice and professional. They are also patient with difficult animals. We switched to Sugar Creek after lack of service and bad experiences at another vet. We have not been disappointed.

We recently switched vets to Sugar Creek. Very impressed with the staff, office, and the care our animal received. Walked in a few minutes early and my appointment was right on time.

Staff not friendly what so ever. If you have an appointment, it wont be on time. They run behind and do not care. Expect a long stay when there. Absolutely horrible!
