Always great care. Every staff member (front office and back office)friendly and caring. Sometimes they can be a little rushed as they are an urgent care as well but I never leave with questions unanswered, the right medications, correct tests scheduled and follow up appointments. Ill be the first to admit that I am not always the best or easiest patient to deal with but they are always professional and treat me with respect. Will never go anywhere else.

Unfortunately I have called no less than 6 times and continue to be told that a billing miscode (with Beaumont lab) will be resolved. I have given them a copy of the bill at their request. It has not been resolved. They are always nice but do not follow through. It is entirely frustrating. There has never been any follow up indicating it cant modified or that it was addressed. Doesnt matter how good a doctor is if the staff is not helpful.

I did not find that from dr dells staff. I find them very helpful. Dr dell is the treating dr thats all that matters. I give the staff 5 stars. The dr 6 stars.
