I recently had a bad experience with waiting/missing for my annual exams and a late fee, however this facility does take their customer satisfaction seriously and was quick to waive the late fee, as well as reschedule me in right away. I also, just had a recent scare and the office did everything they could to get me in right away and help me understand my situation. I personally see Nicole there, and she took a great amount of time and care to go over my situation. She didnt let me continue until I fully understood what was wrong and the procedure that they were going to preform. It is very nice to finally see an OBGYN office that treats younger clients with the same respect as any other. I would recommend anyone to see them, and ask for Nicole.

Dr. B has been my doctor, both my daughters and my mother in law for several years. I love her! She is compassionate and takes time to discuss lifestyle changes that may be difficult or time to explain changes in the body. Nicole is currently seeing my daughters and does a great job in relating to them. Sometimes the office can be a little overwhelmed and you get caught up in paper processing that can be frustrating, however, this is they way the world rolls and with patience typically everything works out.

Surprisingly, the staff was not very professional. As I waited for my exam in my exam room, the PA staff member very loud and clear, was reading from her smart phone Political Left Leaning statements that were mocking our Republican Candidate. I felt very uncomfortable as she was just about to give me a female check up. I will be taking my Vagina elsewhere because of this...Very unprofessional!

I love Dr. Belchandani. I have been seeing herror since I was 16,She is very thurough, always keeps the mood light hearted and always lets me know whats going on. She answers any questions I have and I never leave feeling like theres unfinished business. Plus the office staff thats been there for a while is amazing.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Milford OB/Gyn! Their nurses are very knowledgable when asking questions about my pregnancy and then birth control issues after. Dr. B and her PA Nicole are fantastic. They listen to any and every question which I had lots of!! I would recommend this office to anyone.

I love Dr. Balchandani and her staff. Ive been going to her for almost 12 years and shes never been anything but caring and willing to listen. She was there when I gave birth to my son and always there when I need her. Shes compassionate and her staff is outstanding.

Went here for the first time ever on 12/7/16 for a pap and refill on birth control (I used to receive from a previous Doctor before moving). I saw Dr. B, and she was very nice! The staff was also helpful. I most certainly recommend this place! :-)
