I am Done with them. I have been a patient since Dr. Barber took over this location from my other doctor. I like Dr .Barber but the staff which has changed seems like every yearly visit is terriable. Very Rude! No communication what so ever! Its all about the Money! No compasionate care there. This year i was notified after the visit that he was not a network provider through my insurance company. So my physical this year instead of being no charge to me cost 40.00 for an office visit 165.00 for the physical and another charge of 155.00 for a face to face visit with the Doctor?? I thought thats why i was going there to actually see Dr. Barber. This was the first time in 4 years i saw Dr.Barber. He had some concerns this year with my physical that he said the blood work they did would give a better picture of my health. That was in September of 2016 and have not heard anything from him or the office staff about my health. Iike i said i am done with this circus of a Doctors Office!

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. The office staff is absolutely horrible at this office. They are NO help with any sort of insurance paperwork that needs to be handled directly by them, and their bookkeeping is horrendous - - -They will try and charge you 3-4 times for a previous visit you had already paid for, stating that "if you dont pay your past balance the doctor will not see you". Well, how is it that if I didnt pay before, that I was able to see the doctor then?? Riddle me that. I will be reporting them through the appropriate channels. Now, Tara Taylor, the physicians assistant that works there is wonderful. She has helped us out on numerous occasions and shes very understanding of our unique situation. Other than that, I really wished that she worked somewhere else. We are currently seeking other doctors to help with my fiancés care.

Been going here for about a year now.wast of my time.Office staff is horrible.they are rude and do not follow through with referals.sad cause tara is a great doctor.i will not be returning to this office again.i waited in office for 45 min and they told me to reschedule cause i was 5 min late.well take out that stupid(impersonal) glass window and u might notice that i was there the whole time.then u wont have treat the people that pay your paycheck like ****.do not go here if u are looking for a doctor looking out for your best interest cause if they were they would fire her.

Even thou they called a day before to confirm my appt and when I got there the next day it was a permanently closed sign on the door they have always taking very good care of me and my mother for the last six years im going to really miss all the staff especially Bobby and Tara they made it worth the hour Drive I hope and pray everyone is fine and whatever theyre going through they get past it

WARNING this guy treats with addictive substances he calls "safe for long term use". Once you are good and addicted, and you have experienced some decent withdrawal at some point, his front office staff will extort you for "balances" they will have no proof of. And since you were not told about the balance until you show up to your appointment, you either pay or withdraw. SHAME ON YOU " DOCTOR" !

I will start with WOW . My doctor / PA is Tara, she is the best hands down ! I have never enjoyed any office visits until I started going to DR Jon Barbers office seeing Tara / PA . She actually sits down with you and listens to whatever your problems are . I have many heath problems and she handles everything like it was her own . Tara just rocks , love her.

OFFICE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED NOW. I TALKED TO THEM MONDAY ABOUT COMING IN WITH MY HUSBAND FOR A SHOT HE IS SUPPOSED TO GET EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAID PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THEY CLOSED WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR NOTIFYING THEIR PATIENTS.
