This establishment is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE IN MY LIFE. I had a tooth extracted on a Thursday there and the following day I asked to have antibiotics called into my Pharmacy (which never got done) so over the weekend a terrible infection that had traveled to my sinus cavity was causing huge problems for me, they offer an emergency hotline and number to call for after hours and weekends. I called several times and NO ONE reached out and contacted me...so by the time anyone was around of course the infected extraction was horrible, miserably painful and swollen terribly. The unprofessional staff they have working the phones were truly the meanest individuals Ive ever spoken to. I needed help so very badly and was talked to as if I was nuts, she even had the nerve to call me disrespectful...yet she was the one who was being awful. I was in no shape to argue with this woman. I would never recommend this dental clinic to anyone. I ENDED UP HOSPITALIZED BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE. SPARE YOURSELF FROM POSSIBLE MISTREATMENT AND SEEK OUT ANOTHER/DIFFERENT FACILITY TO HAVE YOUR DENTAL WORK PERFORMED. I was suppose to go back and have more extractions, but I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE. And yes I did call repeatedly for help with my issue and NO ONE called me back the entire weekend. It wasnt until I called again after the holiday that I had the "opportunity" to speak with the front desk.

My girlfriend got top row of teeth pulled, ok fine and dandy. They referred her to an Oral Surgeon in Gaylord to get the bottom row of teeth pulled. Also ok, what is not ok is that the Dental Clinics North of West Branch, blantly lying to her saying she didnt have her bottom teeth pulled in Jan 6th. I DROVE her there, than you idiots have the stones to say you have to get ahold of the insurance company to get approval of the dentures. This SHOULD OF BEEN DONE LAST MONTH!!!! Before you idiots even pulled her top row. I am extremely upset, she is a Diabetic she needs her damn teeth. You people are absolutely useless and unprofessional. I Do not recommend this idiotic place to anyone. Find somewhere where moral standards are not modeled after scum.

This is the WORST dentist clinic Ive ever been too. They move your appointments without informing you. They are very rude and talk Down on. They give you 10 different appointments for 10 different things instead of doing it all at once like fillings. They are horrible the doctor himself it doctor Keith Sleeper, hes very rude and doesnt explain anything. He spends a whole 3-4minutes looking at your teeth, and doesnt say a word to you then he leaves and doesnt come back. Im very disappointed with this clinic. I will never go back ever.

Im a minimum wage employee and a parent I have medical assistance insurance. This was my first dentist appointment in my life the staff was great very nice. The hygienist met with me just 5 minutes after my appointment time she did a tremoundous job and the third gentlemen who viewed the X-rays tremoundous. There was certainty good employees here especially the front counter seamed to like people and like her job. Plenty of professionals in this community as I saw today Evan Baker

This place is the worst ever, where have the humanitarian and ethical values gone??? This placed lied about how long everything will take, leaving my mother with no teeth for over 4 months, blaming it on other things and what not. How about you tell your patients the TRUTH about the cost and time of the procedures you will be doing. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.. find another dentist that doesnt look at you with $$$$ signs!!!

I have nothing but good experiences at West Branch Clinic! My recent visit for fillings has assured me not to be so nervous about the dentist. Dr. Cooling(?) and Holly gave me my best experience yet at the dentist! I hope he stays at this clinic for a while! Super nice, pleasant, easy to talk with about concerns and just in general. I agree the front desk has a couple people that need some coaching, but everyone else have been great!

Absolutely ridiculous, made my 8 year old wait an hour past appointment time and when I said something she acted like I was crazy. Also, my husband has now been waiting 15 months for teeth and have been giving him lies and excuses. Receptionists are rude and very unprofessional.

The dentist is amazing! Very caring and understanding. Amazing staff and always give me a reminder for my appointments. Even called after my extraction to check on me.
