If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not go to this dentist. Went in because I had awful tooth pain and they told me I needed a root canal but that I had to wait for 2 weeks because the only dentist they have was going on vacation. Called them multiple times because of the pain I was in and the first time she just switched antibiotics but it did not help. She finally gave me stronger pain meds that I spent about $100 on and that STILL didnt help. Called them again and demanded they do something, so they sent me to another dentist and he did the first part of the root canal and they told me that all the fines would be handled. About 6 months later and Im getting a bill for about $400 from the dentist they sent me to. I called Facial Beauty Dental and she said shed take care of it but nope I just got another bill in the mail now with finance charges added. Also, when we set up a payment plan they took money from my account 2 weeks before it was agreed to with a signed documentation. Awful place, Ive never had a worse experience anywhere. I will never go back.

15 years ago (?) I went to a dental chain (I know, but I didnt realize until I got there) in Commerce and was told that I needed two cavities filled, which seemed suspicious since Id only had four cavities in my entire 40-year life at that point. I went through with the cleaning and made the fillings appointment which I cancelled about 90 seconds after I left. I didnt go back there and instead went to Dr. Smith when my next cleaning was due (insurance)...15 (?) yrs later and those two cavities have yet to surface! I have other reasons I trust Dr. Smith and the staff and my SigO now goes there now as well.
