Myself or my children have had a few appointments over the last month. They are always 10-15 minutes behind schedule. That is still in the range of what you just have to deal with sometimes. Today after 30 minutes behind I went up to the desk to see how long the delay would be. The girls at the desk just said, "Yeah, shes REALLY behind" with no inclination as to how much longer. During the time I was sitting there they were calling in patients requesting 11am appointments to arrive early because another hygienist was running ahead of schedule. I guess it never occurred to anyone to clear the backlog that was being created by the other situation. When I called they refused to let me speak to the Dentist to express my concerns. Instead they put me through to an office worker who told me that they call people when theyre late and basically blew me off saying "it happens". If you value your time you shouldnt go to this dentist. They clearly did not value my time.

I was so impressed at how well everyone handled my crying 5-year old, who had never been to the dentist before. She went in screaming and crying and obviously not wanting to be there. Check-in was super fast. Her dental hygienist (Amy, I believe) was AMAZING! She managed to calm down my daughter in a matter of minutes. She was so patient and helped my daughter understand that nothing bad was going to happen. Dr. Green was also great! By the time we left, my daughter was smiling and excited to come back again. She got a bag of dental goodies and thought that was the coolest thing ever! Absolutely recommend Milan Dental Associates!

Our family has been going to this office for 5 years and they are very patient with us. As a family of 5 kids they always try to get appointments the same day for the kids and the kids like the dentists. I have never had any issues with late appointments. The staff is always professional and courteous.

I had a great experience with all of the staff, and they are very kid friendly. Dr. Peacock is thorough with what options you have, and the hygienist, Lisa, was great with my son! This my first, and definitely not last, visit! Will recommend to friends and family :)
