WORSE DENTIST OFFICE EVER! they are ALWAYS REALLY slow you will sit in the waiting room for an hour at times but always at least 30-45 minutes. They left a gaping hole in my tooth, kept going back for them to fix it, they kept putting in temporary fillings and sending me on my way. Fillings only lasted a day at most so I had to go in every other day and all they would do was put another temp filling in. Last appointment I went in @ 1130 which was the time of my appointment @ noon they finally took me back, hygienist ( Think thats who it was she never introduced herself) took 2 X-Rays and walked out, Dr came in said hi then left. The patient across the room was getting her teeth pulled and the poor woman was screaming bloody murder but they ignored it. Finally around 1239 I left as I knew by this time they werent going to see me or be able to give me relief as I had to leave by 115 to get my daughter from school and they were aware of that when I made the appointment as well as when I came in. So after waiting for over an hour to see the dentist who never said more then hi and introduced herself never came in so I left and signed a release for my records to be transferred to a new dentist. NEVER EVER GOING BACK STAY AWAY! I wasnt going to give them a single but I had to give them at least one to be able to post this review they dont deserve a single star!

If I could give no stars, I would. I have never had such a horrible dental experience. First off, I didnt know until after the 24 hour cancel period that I couldnt get xrays. When I arrived, I filled out my paperwork and they got me back quickly. I then told the nurse that I was far enough along in my pregnancy that my OB dr did not want me getting Xrays. The nurses then started harassing me about not bringing in a med release, which no one had told me I needed. I had to wait while my OB dr faxed it over. Then the worst part happened. The Dr came in. Started yelling about not being able to do anything for me because he couldnt do xrays And how this location was for "dental emergencis only". I explained the situation and he was completely uncaring. I told him I needed a cleaning along with some help with a cavity. My "cleaning" consisted of the Dr being very rough with the plaque cleaning tool and then polishing my teeth. Ive never felt so much pain during a cleaning, it brought me to tears. My "partial exam" consisted of him looking in my mouth for less than 10 seconds with a flashlight. I have never been to such an uncaring dentist in my life. I plan on calling the ADA and my insurance company. I would NOT recommend going here.

Warning!!!!! Stop!!!!! Look somewhere else!!!! Dr. V is very nice and is caring. However, the wait us horrible. My first appointment was at 4:30pm to have my teeth cleaned. I arrived at 4:20. I didnt get called to the back until a little after 5pm.Then didnt get done until almost 7pm. Then, my next and last appointment was at 5:30pm and asked the receptionist at 5:50 how much longer.... She tells me the assistant said another 20 minutes..... this time Im here for a fill in....... I didnt get to the back until 6:30is, and want done until almost 8pm....... They then has the nerve to ask me if I would like to make my next appointment to get a cap on my tooth.

I have come here multiple times just to wait longer and longer each time. The first time I waited for 3 hours, to me something should be discounted for waiting that damn long. They have horrible service and half of them dont know what they are doing. They swiped my card for a procedure that my doctor cleared but due to them not verifying what medications was to be used while I was pregnant I had to wait and ended up never getting he procedure done. I had just come in the week before and yet and still they waited until the last minute to call my doctor to get a clearance. Do not come here it is a waste of time and money.

This place is ridiculous, we will never go back. I had an appointment for 12 p.m. I walked in and they didnt even have my appointment in their computer. I explained to them I even got the confirmation call the day before and so she put me in for my original scheduled time. I waited an hour before I asked them how much longer it would be til Id be seen and the receptionist told me 20 more minutes. I waited 25 more minutes and then was told theyd have be back there in 15 more minutes. I just left after waiting for over an hour and a half, I had other things that I needed to take care of that day. Ill find a new dentist.

I have been there at least four times, and every time I have to wait ridiculous hours. On two occasions I waited from 10am to 7pm. The dentist is nice but some of the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I gave them three stars because the doctors will do whatever they need to do to make sure you have the healthiest mouth possible, the staff will work to make sure they resolve your problem, and they have a nice play/TV room for children (which my child enjoys). If some of the staff were more professional and the wait time was not long, they would be the best dental place.

ive been here rude rude rude also i wait so long i left every time my tooth hurts bad this dentest should be tour down how they are i hate the wait i will go some where else they call me so much every time i get in i wait 3 hours will never come back. there was people kept going before me im thinking maybe because late appointments well hell no i was in there by myself still didnt get called and they women at the front boy haters and dumb as rocks will never ever come back glad i gave them my wrong number i hate this place mad mad mad

Awful. Expect to wait 2+ hours for your appointment to start, even if it is an emergency. They gave me a filling which was extremely painful; I returned to see what was wrong, and I was there three hours. They did nothing but look in my mouth and told me I was fine. An x-ray would have shown the filling was not properly attached. Two weeks later, the defective filling fell out, and I had to get a new filling (after a painful holiday weekend with exposed tooth nerves). They are rude, uncaring, and incompetent in many other ways.

The worst ever.. if I could give 0 stars I would. . They are under staff, Ive seen people walk out due to the 2+ hour wait time. They will take you in the back & still have you wait to be seen for another hour. Switch dentists immediately, please do not go there. The staff is rude & they do not have any concern about your time. THE WORST Dentist Ive ever been too. My teeth is still sensitive weeks after getting my fillings done. Just terrible overall.
