I saw Dr Zair, she was lovely and did a great job, but the staff was lacking, and at least one of her staff was downright horrible. She seemed to be the main person that helped find glasses. She made judgmental comments about the affordable glasses being "for people on Medicaid", I happened to find something I liked, she said she would hold it for a day and that she wrote down the model #. Came back the next day to buy them and they mysteriously disappeared, and she couldnt find her supposed notes. But she forcefully tried to up-sale me to something twice as expensive. Didnt take much more for me to walk out.

A Private User

I decided to go to a different place for my seeing needs. Ive been going to the office for a little over a year, and though Dr. Moss is knowledgeable and takes good care of you his staff is not. They are rude, not helpful and short with you. I thought it was just me and started bringing people with me, and without saying anything to my supports about why I was taking them, they would remark at the rudeness of the staff upon leaving the building. I have no interest in paying my hard earned money to people who treat me like that.

Easily the best optometrist office Ive ever been to. Ive never had experience Dr. Moss himself, but the other two doctors are fantastic, along with everyone else in the office. Bayda was a huge help in getting me fit for glasses, and made the trip very enjoyable-shes great.

They got me in for an appointment the same day I popped in to see if they accepted my new insurance. Started here 25 years ago, have been other places since, and am now back. All of the staff and the optometrist were super helpful.
