Absolutely TERRIBLE! The only great thing was the doctor was the nicest man ive ever met. Other then that, AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! The lady at the desk (and only one in the office to help us) used the "f" word while on the office phone on a personal call (which she took in the middle of helping us and shared every detail of with us when she got off the phone.) She talked about anything and everything that didnt have to do with the glasses she was supposed to be fitting to my moms face, which turned our 45 min appointment into almost two hours! (my mom was done with the doctor in about 20 mins, got right in and out with him.) My mother paid in check form (on a saturday) and received a call on Monday that the lady had misplaced her check (for over $300!). It was sitting on the desk with 2 $20 dollar bills and she walked away to help a customer, when she came back they were supposively gone. So to cancel the check it was $35 and then they wanted her credit card info over the phone! Are they kidding? They lost a $300 check and wanted numbers to her bank card over the phone. NO WAY! They didnt compensate her what so ever! So much for good customer service! Never again will we go there and I wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE! Beware!!!!!!!

Love Dr. Lee, she found out what is wrong with my eyes in 20 minutes, when other doctors didnt even notice anything was wrong for 25 years. The service is very friendly and personal, feels more like home than an office.

Pleasant and Professional. Dr Lee prescribed some computer glasses that have really impressed, along with my usual prescription for reading. Didnt want to fork out for the high end frames, so frames are flimsy.
