This place is ridiculous. I paid around 200$ for half of a year contacts prescription and Im very happy I didnt do the full year for 400$. Its been a couple months and Im nearing the end of my supply and Im very unsatisfied because the contacts were low quality and very irritating. Every single contact would mess up my eyes and they would itch or fall out. I thought maybe the next pair would feel better after I first encountered the issue bit all of them did it. Im pretty sure they even said my sight condition was something other than it is (meaning they told me the wrong thing). I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy(well maybe). Do yourself and your family a favor and go to a real eye doctor an optometrust that didnt get their degree online and actually knows what theyre doing because you will not find skill, profession, or service at lenscrafters. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO WASTE MY MONEY!

I agree with these other recommendations. N Point Store is much better selection of frames. I do not believe in competency of optometrists to perform exams on diabetic patients. However, for pediatric and young people who do not have serious problems, there service is adequate. They seem to think they are comprehensive ophthalmologists (MD), and not just optometrists (OD), though. There is big difference between these 2 degrees. I cant see out of last pair of glasses I got from LensCrafters in Cumming location only 2 yrs ago; and, paid $800 for designer frames with graduated, bifocal toric lenses to correct astigmatism and nearsightedness problems. Now I have to replace glasses. I am going to use another group all together.

absolute trash! went for an eye exam and everybody acts like they know everything when they really dont know anything...then asked for my prescription and said they couldnt email it to me (claimed it was a hippo violation; was not) then I went in and asked them to give it to me and it turns out they are so incompetent that they cant even copy numbers from one paper to the next. NEVER GO HERE! YOU WILL CERTAINLY BE DISSATISFIED!

Terrible service. Messed up my sons glasses order and couldnt tell me when theyd be repaired. Also, no one in the entire store knows anything. Ordered trials for my daughter and each associate (asked 4 different people) gave me a different time frame for the contacts. I will not purchase anything from them in the future.

Three family member appointments spread over a few days... The doctors were nice enough and seemed competent, but the rest of the staff were not at all helpful (or polite). If you want to stick with Lensecrafters, Id recommend North Point.. ..ask for Denise.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Maurya. She is very thorough and informative. I would highly recommend her.

Everything youll need for exam, etc, is here, except the frames are somewhat limited.
