I cant say enough good things about this place. Aside from having the most rad, fresh, fashion-forward frames to choose from, the people who work there, including the owner and managers are mega friendly, mega helpful. I am a four-time happy customer. They will (thank god) give you their honest opinion, which I really appreciate. You certainly dont want an overly-eager salesperson telling you what you want to hear, only to find that you hate the frames later. Eyewear is what they do, they are the experts, and in trusting them I have NOT been disappointed. Aaron is especially great. I get compliments on my glasses on the daily. Christ, they even let me bring my dog in and treated him like a prince, showering him with love and dog treats! Oh! And regarding price, I was pleasantly surprised by how INEXPENSIVE the frames are, and most are made in Italy! I had walked by this place for years thinking it was out of my price range, but the frames/lenses are totally affordable, on the average around $225. I wish I would have come in sooner. I do recommend ponying up the extra cash for the anti-reflective treatment tho- it is worth it, and now I can spot other people who unfortunately did not get it- the glaring light from their lenses makes it obvious.

Hands-down the best experience Ive had buying glasses! Micah was extremely patient and helpful in helping me choose the perfect pair of frames and answering my many questions. After I got my new glasses and needed the fit adjusted, the employees were genuinely interested in making sure I left the store happy and were very precise in adjusting the frames. The quality of the metal frames I bought is significantly better than that of my previous frames. I would absolutely recommend SEE Ann Arbor for anyone interested in a unique , high-quality pair of frames and amazing service.

Ive been a fan of the See brand for years. Needing new frames, I went directly to the Ann arbor store to try on new options. Shelly helped me pick out frames that worked and was completely honest when I was narrowing down my choices. Its hard to believe the negative reviews below because Ive always had a good experience while visiting. I think it comes down to customers not leaving feedback when having a positive experience. So, I will continue to patron See and Im confident that I will continue to have a positive experience.

You can look at Yahoo! results for even more reviews that support my claim. My girlfriend needed reading glasses and called me in to offer a second opinion. Every time I made a suggestion, the salesgirl insulted my comments even though they were my opinions. One of the worst experiences Ive had with a salesperson. My girlfriend said the experience was awful as well and decided not to purchase anything based on their customer service. Maybe it was just that one girl, but regardless, they lost our business.

They charged me ten extra dollars despite the fact the tag on the glasses I wanted said it was $239. Their computer system said $249. It is ten bucks no big deal right? Well the customer service is also god awful. I could care less about the pretense--it is what it is--marketing. But what all these comments allude to is the biting attitude the sales reps all exude. They are not friendly at all. But that said--neither are they mean. It would help if they smiled.

While not dismissing some other reviewers, I have to record that my experience was completely the opposite. Ive always found good quality eyewear with very good to excellent service. (I suspect that there may have been one bad-apple employee at the bottom of some of these reviews, and I do agree that the sticker price should really be the price charged - even if the difference is only $10)

I agree-a few years back the CS was terrible. However I just purchased glasses a few weeks back and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Plus you cant find the super cool glasses they care most anywhere else. The eye doctor on staff remembered me by name and was so helpful getting me to learn how to put contacts in for the first time. I will return!

Everyone one of their employees are awesome!!! Ayron and Roz were so honest, I couldnt have picked my glasses without them. Chrissy, the manager, worked magic by giving me a student discount! Shelly was super nice when I picked them up! I will def come back here, thanks SEE!

If you dont dress/look/talk as superficially and pretentiously as their employees, please dont set foot there.Terrible customer service. When it comes to fixing glasses, they are really rude and slow.

The glasses are always super cute! The staff is great and will give their honest opinions of you ask for it. My glasses always arrive earlier than they state that they will.
