I am very pleased with the products and the service provided by the staff at this location. Seeking a more reasonably priced alternative for purchasing glasses than those offered by my optometrist, I have tried varying companies. After years of just okay products from a different chain in Ann Arbor, I learned of, and gave SVS a shot. We have used them now for two years and are very happy. The staff are friendly, very helpful (especially to my children as they agonize over frame selection) and extremely knowledgeable - in the enviable position of having two optical insurances they are always able to determine which plan is the best for what type of glasses (my everyday w/ progressives or reading glasses or sunglasses). They have stylish brands and the pricing is fair. I also like that it is a Michigan company, employing Michiganders and making the products right in Mt. Clemens. HINT: Saturdays are a bit busy, if you can go during a weekday around lunch time, youll be on your own.

After 4 trips back and trying to tell them that there was somthing wrong with my prescription multiple times they told me i had to pay another 145 office visit fee to be seen again. The staff is friendly but the docter genuinely doesnt want to hear a word your saying.....seems like he forgets who actually has to look thru the glasses!!! If u suggest somthing to the docter he would rather follow textbook vs listen to you when you say somthing ia definitly wrong with the prescription. Please dont bother going here. There are much better places out there

I ordered new glasses, new frames without any problem. Upon picking up the glasses was another issue. It was obvious that Sales were the priority. The new frames were very pretty but not comfortable. The other issue was the prescription. My prescription did not change!!! However, I was given a stronger script, only a bifocal, after years of trifocals. Needless to say I had a few headaches. It was obvious that selling glasses is more important than sight. I would definitely Not return; buyer beware.

My family and I have visited this location 3 times within the last year and a half, and we have no complaints. The staff was freindly, our wait time for exams were reasonable, and our glasses were ready within the time frame estimated. I will continue to use our optical benefits here.

Service was friendly. Products arent the greatest, my husbands "scratch proof" lenses are so scratched that he can even use them. Service reps arent very knowledgeable about billing and using insurances and they ended up costing me $250. Wont be going back.

Dr Zeiders is wonderful, very friendly and genuinely interested in who you are. She even introduced herself as Erica rather than as Dr Zeiders. I was pleased with how quick it was too, I was out in half an hour and that included picking out glasses.

Very rude employees, quit going to this location 10+ years ago because of the rudeness of employees. My wife revisited recently, still rude!
