Cunningham Vision in my experience is very unprofessional. On March 27th I had my yearly eye exam and ordered new lenses and frames. Our insurance covered the majority of expenses. When I received my new frames in MAY! I could not see through the lenses. I sent them back and over a month had passed, I called to get an understanding what was happening and the staff blamed it on the lab. I called the lab and they assured me they just received the frames/ lenses 3 days prior to my call. This was 82 days after purchase. Received frames and lenses just a week ago and still are not right. I texted Dr Cunningham several times throughout the experience and last text I sent I wanted a full refund including funds returned to insurance company so that I may start over. He states he would contact me with information on what to do. So far no response. I deserve to have the correct lenses for quality of life with my vision. Very frustrated. I would not want any family members or friends to go to Cunningham Vision. Eye exams, frames and lenses are very expensive. Do to poor staff and communication I will have to stay with last years glasses and wait a year to get proper glasses. These new ones are useless.

Great doctor and friendly staff. However, they neglected to inform me that a "contact fitting" was a separate charge and wasn't covered by Blue Cross. I told them I didn't need contacts at the desk before seeing the doc, and only needed glasses. So either they didn't listen or didn't care. When they just told me to "try these on" it gave me the impression it would be covered, as I had communicated that this was my one free visit on my health plan and all that I needed was a new pair of glasses. Overall a good experience that was slightly marred by poor communication of their pricing. Recommended, but make sure you ask questions about the price of every procedure.

Use to be a good place but now its like your cattle in an out hurry up. Get eye exam order lens an frames, on April 4 still know frames some how they dont make them. What a joke still wanting for frames that are like the others... No customer service thinking i am done with this place 10 years on business gone...

They seem great, but they certainly overcharge. They also dont seem to make you aware of what costs arent covered by insurance until AFTER the appointment is over. Even though I like the doctor and staff, I dont think I will be going back.

Cunningham has always been upfront with the costs involved in their care. If you dont know the cost of your care then ASK. The service is excellent and any follow-up needed has been provided with a smile. Thank you Cunningham!!!

Best eye exam and care Ive had in the last 30 years of wearing contacts! They were very patient while I tried several different contact lenses over the course of 6 weeks until we found the perfect solution.
