I went here for years with Dr Moss, never any issues, never had to do anything other than put new glasses on. Since he left, it is completely different. The Dr and staff are all nice, I liked the office; but whoever makes the lenses are worthless. After months, many trips back, and multiple times of lenses being remade you end up with a $500+ pair of glasses that you cant wear. My husband had this problem before and I gave them benefit of the doubt. Should not have. With all of the lenses they have to send back you would think they would get a different source; yet they dont evidently. If you want to try them, DONT PAY for glasses ahead of them being made. ONLY PAY once they are in and correct.

The service felt pretty terrible, I have no idea how well the optometrist did her job because at the moment I cant wear my glasses but I wasnt sure about some of the answers I gave her and said as much but she didnt mind, and maybe thats typical. But they definitely blatantly try to upsell glasses to you, so be aware of that. Edit: on further interaction they were also exceedingly reluctant to give me my Rx for whatever reason.
