Hands down the worst customers service Ive ever experienced. I came back from college (about two hours away) for this eye exam and they called a 1/2 hour before my appointment to say THEY screwed up my insurance details and they couldnt get me in. Horrible horrible service, go somewhere else.

Had an eye exam here recently and thought it was great! The stores gone through alot of changes recently. The staff and doctor are dedicated, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend Dr Fleming and the staff at Target Optical Apple Valley.

First time going to this location. Horrible experience. They messed up my prescription twice with my new glasses. Currently working on a third visit. They arent warm or inviting.
