Not worth the price. State of the art facility and the staff are certainly friendly, but their charges are outrageous. Ive spent over $15,000 on services here. They charge the same for a nurse practitioner as a doctor and both are twice the cost of a visit to my local clinic, their imaging services are three times more costly than Allina in MSP, and they cant even boast any better results for all that. My last visit cost over $1000 and they couldnt give my any better answer than "take ibuprofen and wait it out." A month later, the problem persists unchanged. This could happen at any doctor but I wouldnt have wasted nearly the money or been as disappointed with the vaunted Mayo reputation. If youre going to trade on your brand you should be worth it, and this facility isnt.

Took my husband in to the ER. Everyone was amazing. Compassionate, caring, thorough. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the Dr. To the ambulance, everyone was so friendly, helpful, compassionate. Even when giving devastating news, they were so wonderful. I have never been treated so well. They were quick to diagnose and get results. I just cannot say enough good about this hospital/ER. It is so nice to see customer care, compassion, and just amazing people. I highly recommend ER Mayo Clinic Cannon Falls MN. Thank you all that were on duty this past Saturday. Thank you all so much for everything. You are amazing and an asset to our community. Thank you for treating us so well and taking such good care of my husband.
