I was a resident of Trinity Care Center on two different occasions. It was for a a week each time, following total knee replacement. I had the best care I could have asked for. All staff members were very friendly and attentive; and, I enjoyed the meals, too!! I had therapy two times a day; and, it was "top notch", also. I would highly recommend it for anyone. -- I can, also, attest to the wonderful, loving care given to both my mother and mother-in-law, in their final years. (One of them resided there for two years; and, the other for four. -- One beginning in 1992 and the other in 1997.) So, there has been great care given, consistently for many years, where I have had personal experience with the facility. -- I, also, know that they have passed the yearly state of Minnesota inspections, with no "demerits" many, many times, which means a lot to me when I am looking into entering a facility myself, or for a family member. -- I feel so blessed to have had this care center, as part of what the City of Farmington has to offer its residents, for so many years.

Looks pretty on the inside but not so much compassion. The nurses okay but always very understaffed (especially on the weekends) with little to no communication with family. Beware, your loved one could get the boot at any time with zero warning!!! And they wont be watched. We do NOT recommend this place. Never again

Staff are almost all very rude and do not look after the residents enough. Some are left to stay in the dining room against their will for HOURS. Do not leave your loved ones here.
