Dra Romana Viera es la mejor, para nosotros como hispanos poder comunicar lo que sentimos, Yo vivo ahora en Columbia Heights y estoy buscando la forma de tener una cita con la dra x que ella es un excelente Dr. Dr Viera is the best For us how hispanic people se can comunicarse, im living right now un Columbia Heights but im looking to hace an apoyment with her bcz she is an excelente Dr.

Dr. Viera is amazing. She is thorough and well educated. She lets you know that she cares about you and your health. I always feel like I am in excellent hands when I I see her for a health issue. I trust her completely. Thats important to me but especially because I am a cancer survivor. She is patient and answers all of my questions. And if she doesnt know an answer she will find it out. Another thing I like about Dr. Viera is that when she is in the room with you she is 100% present and concentrating on you and your issue. I cant say enough about her. I recommend her to people all the time and feel so blessed to have found her as my doctor.

This is the second time I have had to reschedule my appointment with Megan Hasenwinkel and I have been scheduling to see her since April. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly rude for her to be continously out of the clinic. Dont these people look at their schedules? Dont they know there are people who seriously need their help? Why would you have open time slots when youre not even going to show up? I am extremely frustrated and furious that I have to wait months before I can see a psyD in the first place only to have to reschedule over and over again. Get your act together.

Scheduling receptionist has by far the worst customer service skills. Asked me what i wanted to be seen for and cut me off to get name and DOB. When I asked if there was any open times for same day apt, she snarked by saying the clinic never has any same day multiple times.
