I had to go to Urgent Care this morning I was very grateful it was one in my area I new I was really weak and something wasnt right. Called the receptionist was so kind I asked if they had any openings and she said yes see you soon," I went in and checked in with the front desk receptionist and she was exceptional very accommodating, she checked my daughter in as well she was so helpful to the point that she filled out my daughters people work for me, also the doctor really looked out for us and I really appreciate their services Dr Fong he was very attentive. I had a great experience

Every time I go here there is a 2+ hour wait. I should not have to wait around that long for something as simple as a TB test and a TB test reading. They just changed their computer systems and since everyone doesnt know how to use it we are forced to wait around. If they are having so much trouble learning this system bring in some people who know what they are doing so we as patients dont have to spend our entire afternoon in a waiting room. Very unhappy with this urgent care and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience here. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I waited an hour and 45 minutes. The receptionists were all crabby and not wanting or willing to help anyone. The waiting room is disgusting. I was creeped out the whole entire time. When the nurse brought me back to the room not even that was cleaned or ready for us. So she quickly picked things up while I stood there waiting. The doctor was also unprofessional. I would not recommend this location!

Front desk was completely rude. While she gave instructions on what to fill out she mumbled instructions and when I asked if she could repeat what she said, she gave me a rude look. After finishing the paper work she ripped it out of my hands. She was very unprofessional. The other staff were friendly, but I would honestly never return here.

Front desk was incredibly friendly. I was checked in, tested for flu, mono, strep, and got x-rays all in about an hour. I saw a Physicians Assistant, and she was friendlier, more patient, more knowledgeable, and more thorough than most doctors Ive seen. Ive waited much longer with appointments at clinics. Overall great experience.

Was not seen by a doctor. They have Physician Assistants and lab technicians. The place is salvageable as a drug test or physical center - but not for actual urgent care. I found better advice on WebMD in about 15 minutes for free - not 4 hours and hundreds of dollars like here. Go somewhere else.

I just moved to this area and didnt realize I didnt have my insurance card from my new employers health care provider (I confused it with a supplemental med coverage card). The staff was very helpful in finding my insurance information on a Saturday.

Very unfriendly staff and long wait times I waited 2 hrs to take a drug test when there were only two people in the waiting room staff kept talking in back and left the front desk unattended for several minuets while people were waiting to check in.

I was charged over $200 for a "long office visit" which was a strep throat test and wait 20 minutes for the results. This was after waiting over an hour and a half in the lobby before they even brought me to the room. Atrocious business.

Over two hour wait time. The "doctor" was rude and acted as if it was a burden to be there. This place is lowest quality so called "clinic" I have ever seen! Go somewhere else, especially for quality urgent care.

Wait over an hour in a waiting area for a drug test. Ive been in and out of hole in the wall facilities in under 15 minutes. This is a bad facility for "urgent care".
