Most the time I go to this place its a quick and simple, get in get out, and they USUALLY prescribe me something for infection, and I pay out of pocket because no insurance. Well, this time the doctor (Amilla) idk. 1st of all they took a strep throat test on me 1st, then when I saw the doc she looked at my throat and said "I dont think u have strep l, in fact Im positive you dont have it" and i didnt think i did either, because it wasnt that bad but if thats the case why did she test, I know she had to just in case it was minor but that couldve saved me some $$. Then she looked at me and said what u have is viral and should go away within 12-14 days, well Im on day 13. Still coughing up thick mucus. So I would suggest to those who dont have insurance, to make sure you have an infection and DONT leave without them prescribing you something cuz I ended up paying $80 for nothing ... Im thankful they did there job and I know u have to pay for the service but for them to tell u just keep doing what your doing and itll go away after while, kinda upsets me.. not there fault, understood, I just want to warn the ppl that dont have insurance to make sure your some days in to the sickness (I probably came to early). I called in and they said I have to come back and let them do the same thing and charge me another $75 to get prescribed antibiotics. Theyre not a primary care.. I just thought I could.. other than that, great place. Everybody was nice.

Susan Wilson who is the "doctor" who helped us today. She has no idea how to deal with small children whatsoever. She was violent, rude, and would not listen to me about how to treat my child. She got my daughter so worked up that she was on the verge of throwing up and the lady was still trying to push her face down and getting huffy and rolling her eyes at me while I was trying to calm my daughter down. She doesnt try to work with the child. She doesnt talk to them, and come in slowly, she just expects that the child will do exactly as she says. Mind you my child isnt even 2 yet and doesnt like strangers touching her. Do not go to this doctor.

I sat in there waiting room for a little over an hour, only to be told quite rudely that they would not be able to treat me for my acne. Let me know that I should see a much more expensive specialists, I do not have health insurance and have to pay out-of-pocket its not affordable to go to a specialist. They explained to the D do not treat acne there and then it is posted on a sign outside, the sign does not indicate that they exclusively treat symptoms listed, thus I was under the impression that it may be possible to be seen for a skin condition.

I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. Im always in and out quickly, even when they were pretty busy. I have a regular Cox Doctor, but its not easy to get in to see her and it costs upwards of $100 for an appointment, this is much quicker and cheaper for little things. They only treat certain things though, so if you arent sure if they can help you with whats wrong I would call ahead to be sure.
