Granted I have only gone to this place for a little over a year now at first I was pleased with the service and my somewhat answer to my derm. questions. The past 2 weeks have been a nightmare for me. Started back in March 2016 I tried to make an appt to see my Dr. She had no openings til May 2016...2 months later. My issue seemed to clear up some but decided to keep my appt. anyway. Last week I arrived and sat in the waiting room for 35 min. past the time of my original appt. I got up to reschedule because I had a work meeting that I could not miss. My reschedule was for today and just like last week, this time I waited for 45 min. to get called back from the nurse and another 30 min. in the room. Which BTW, when we were walking back the nurse seemed unapologetic to me. Waiting and waiting. Finally I left a note and walked out. Ive never been so annoyed with waiting in a Drs. office like I have today. I am officially bringing my business elsewhere.

I havent even been seen there because, I cant get through to make an appointment. I have been trying to get a hold of them for about a week now and anytime I call I cant get through. It probably doesnt help that they decide to close before 4:30. I just feel that this is unacceptable, the hours are posted as 7:30am to 4:30pm, theres absolutely no reason why I should be told at 4:22pm when I call that I cant make an appointment because the schedulers decided to leave early. This is incredibly disappointing.

This business cares nothing about patient care. I have an infection still 2 weeks out from a mole biopsy and they could not get me in because the doctor I saw was completely booked and not allowed to see another doctor in the office. The "on call" doctor was not available in the office I visited either. Money driven and not patient driven.

I was extremely impressed with the numbing procedure. In the past at other places, it was extremely painful but this time it took better effect and I hardly felt anything during my procedure. Hats off to the nursing staff in Maple Grove!
